It turns out that although my virtualization was turned on, I hadn't enabled Hyper-Visor so that's why my installation kept crashing. It did appear a bit different on the screen as 1. The button wasn't orange and 2. I didn't get and system related errors besides the generic error of it saying that it failed to install.

Virtualization is set in the BIOS. You can just boot into your BIOS settings using the conventional method. Shut down your PC, then turn it on, before you boot into Windows press the key which boots into your BIOS (could be Esc, F2 or Del key).

You have, it's just hidden, you have to click troubleshoot settings, and then you have adnvanced options, and uefi firmware will pop up !
