This is the drivers eye view of the Jubilee Line starting from Stratford and terminating at Stanmore. It was nice to see a driver’s eye view of the Jubilee Line where you can see the Jubilee Line in action and the nice cab views especially the Jubilee Line extension and the old Bakerloo line branch towards Stanmore where you can see the Metropolitan line and the Chiltern Railway trains passing by.
NOTE: This was an Authorised Cab Ride Visit and filmed with Permission.
Also, I am NOT taking any requests for cab rides because I can't guarantee that they will happen because they need to be authorised. Any Request comments will be deleted.
Also, had to blur and cut some parts as I know many drivers and I do like to respect their privacy so do apologise.

Apart from that, Hope you enjoyed the video.
I visited London from New York last week for the baseball games and spent a lot of time on this line with our hotel being in Canningtown. As someone who takes a subway a lot in major cities, it felt to me that the Jubilee trains take off quicker than the other lines I went on.
It's amazing how little can be seen in front of you in the tunnels
Thanks for the interesting video, it's always exciting to get to know subway sections. Many greetings from Berlin
Wow, I love the jubilee line I can’t wait to see it
I can’t wait!!!!
I feel like I have just been mugged down Memory Lane. Back in the Dark Ages, when the line running south from Stanmore was part of the Bakerloo Line, my daily commute was between Canons Park and Waterloo. No need to change trains anywhere; Stratford might as well have been on another planet!
Bond Street is open today! Hooray!
So much turns at Stratford
8:28 Chary Wharf
Change for DLR and Elizabeth Line.
11:08 Canada Water
Change for London Overground.
Nice work
Thank you 👍
@@JubileeDi Nice work
Np
@@jayson6164 thank you.
nice cab ride I was surprise there's no conversation and I have seen the bits you have blurred out the faces
Thanks. It's because I don't really like the sound of my voice mainly and also got to respect drivers privacy.
@@JubileeDi fair enough
I’ve seen the blue lights on the Elizabeth line platform screen doors too; I assume this is to let the drivers know that the doors are closed so they can safely move off the platform ??
Yes
@@jamesuk1704cool
The blue light mean that all of the doors have closed and interlocked
Amazing Video JubileeDi!
I was wondering (if it's okay with you) if I could please make this into a time-lapse?
let me check if I have still.
At what speed do you approach your stations at?
Great video! How did you manage do record the whole thing without running out of storage?
Thank you. I have a 128GB phone which I had plenty of storage space to film my videos
Great video sadly the Hammersmith & city ,circle ,district and jubilee lines and closed today
Due to a planned closere
@@JubileeDido you use a suction cup to mount your phone on and if you do which one do you use?
@londonbusesandtransport1206 at the time filming, I used my phone putting blue tac on each corner of the phone and placed on the window
I've never been on the Jubilee line. Why do the platforms seem to be sealed off?
How do you get a cab ride
Nice but did you shoot in the drivers area?
thank you unfortunately didn't take photos in the drivers cab
27:15 why is there a Junction there? Btw, just after Baker Street incase you are wondering.
The junction is the connecting bakerloo line which the line used to go up to Stanmore
@@JubileeDi that’s interesting. Thanks 😊
@@JubileeDi So it's where the northbound 1979 tunnels end as it merges into the older 1939 tunnels?
Hello Jubilee Di! Hope you are doing well. How did you get a cab ride? Did you email them TFL? If so, did you email customer services and did they grant the request there or do you know someone who works for TfL as I’m trying to get more cab rides for other lines but not sure how to.
Hope you can help me,
Luke
It's a really long story to explain but I knew a driver for a year that I got a long, he arranged it with a manger for me to travel in the cab. If you know drivers on lines who are close to you, do ask them to arrange it with you that's my advice
Do hope my advice helps
Well I am driving the jubilee line on Roblox with ato
Was he driving it in Manuel using the deadman’s cuz I can hear him let go of the deadman’s handle when he stops or is he using ATO and I’m just stupid lol
He is using ATO in the tunnel and using the deadmans handle out of the tunnel, you can kind of tell because the motors are slower at stopping outside of the tunnel because of the driver trying to find the green marker
@@ukbusandtrains4212 oh thank you
No in fact, he was using ATO throughout the Journey, if he was driving in PM, the ln we would hear various chimed such as over speed limit etc
@@JubileeDi my bad, sorry for that
@@JubileeDi not to be a nitpickky but why does the ato decelerate slower outside of the tunnel at stations?
How do you get cab rides?
Contact TFL
@@JubileeDihow old do you have t be to get cab ride
@user-cz5ed5ns5y well I don't know the age minimum but I'm guessing that of your under 18, its best you have an accompanied adult with you like parent or guardian etc to be on the safe side
@@AdventuresOnLondonTransport I know a driver who arranged one with me
But I was wondering does the northern line have ato
in Real life yes, not sure about rob lox as I don't play roblox

Underground tunnels should be lit not left in the dark!!!!
I`m agree 👍
In the subway tunnels of New York, lighting works on all tracks, despite their number of 2,3,4,6, all dead ends and exits!
There's not much to see in the tunnels though..
Nah it looks better this way
That train sounds like it's made from old wooden pallets
