I was entertaining the idea of buying a french car but then changed my mind after its anti-Islam policies then I switched to Volvo and completely took it out of my mind since the Sweden events, and now I'm scraping all kinds of Indian assembled cars, whether Toyota or otherwise (dont watch Bolly nor Holly Alhamdulilah). It distresses me very much when I see my muslim brothers parrot the same propaganda that the Indian government and media has fed the majority to brainwash them. Who ever said that muslims condone what the ISIS does? Some of our greatest scholars have spoken against them. The majority consensus has always been that their activities are not in line with the teachings of Islam. This movie needs to be actively addressed owing to how much poison it has managed to instil in the minds of the youth. I understand that the situation isn't as dire in the south and that is very fortunate. I hope that people remain sensible. However, being a north Indian, I can attest to how things aren't so smooth sailing here. The abuse and discrimination that our brothers go through on a daily basis will surprise you. The police and local politicians do not even do so much as blink an eye to condem the behaviour of the extreme right. In fact, they extend their support to these terrorists. At the very least, we condem the ISIS recruits and their business. Do you see the majority of hindus condeming RSS recruits? 1) Kerala story was boycotted by the majority of South Indian
2)there is a movie named: 2018 which was released along with karela story which was later become trending as a true Kerala story

Assalamualaikum brother. 'Half-truth' does more damage than we think. Portraying half baked "truths" is not something to be appreciated but to be criticised. It distresses me very much when I see my muslim brothers parrot the same propaganda that the Indian government and media has fed the majority to brainwash them. Who ever said that muslims condone what the ISIS does? Some of our greatest scholars have spoken against them. The majority consensus has always been that their activities are not in line with the teachings of Islam. This movie needs to be actively addressed owing to how much poison it has managed to instil in the minds of the youth. I understand that the situation isn't as dire in the south and that is very fortunate. I hope that people remain sensible. However, being a north Indian, I can attest to how things aren't so smooth sailing here. The abuse and discrimination that our brothers go through on a daily basis will surprise you. The police and local politicians do not even do so much as blink an eye to condem the behaviour of the extreme right. In fact, they extend their support to these terrorists. At the very least, we condem the ISIS recruits and their business. Do you see the majority of hindus condeming RSS recruits? This organisation which is at the forefront of brainwashing the hindu youth, inculcating poison for us, running "ghar waapsi" campaigns targeting our sisters to marry and convert them. I can go on and on about their schools of indoctrination. But I don't see them acknowledging that and apologizing. Therefore, please don't be so quick to write off other's experiences simply because you don't go through it. I am sorry, but we are not interested in being a door mat to appease to the majority. We know what our religion teaches. We stand by it. It is certainly not what the movie portrays.
Memebers of other communities committing a crime are just perceived as disturbed individuals who need rehabilitation and their religion or beliefs are not dragged into the mud with them by the public, but God forbid a Muslim does something wrong, it is the entire Muslim population and Islam responsible for that act of his and we must come forward, take responsibility and apologise. I am so done and tired of apologising for things that my religion does not even condone in the first place. I never see a Christian coming forward to take responsibility for the crusades and its colonial history. I never see a hindu defending his religion when our brothers are killed in mobs by these religious fanatics, in the name of hinduism. I don't see a Jew apologizing for what Israel is doing to Palestine. I don't see a Buddhist taking accountability for the atrocities they have comitted against our brothers. Why is it only us who feel the need to accept their false version of our religion and feel ashamed for things that aren't even a part of our religion. I am done being an apologetic.
