Thanks for watching my Paper Mario Origami King Gameplay and Walkthrough! I've played a lot of Paper Mario games, and I'm excited to be playing the latest entry on the Nintendo Switch! You may have seen a trailer or review, but this playthrough will feature my impressions, reactions, and commentary throughout 100% of the full game including the ending! TOAD TOWN'S IN TROUBLE
Mario and Luigi receive an invitation from Princess Peach to attend an origami festival and excitedly hurry to Toad Town…but something’s amiss. After investigating the eerily empty town, the duo finds a fearsome (and folded) Princess Peach-she’s been turned into origami by King Olly, self-proclaimed ruler of the Origami Kingdom! With five giant streamers under his control, King Olly binds Princess Peach’s Castle and transports it to a distant mountain as part of his plan to re-fold the world.
To take on these folded fiends, Mario will have to learn some new fighting skills. Face off with the Folded Soldiers in ring-based battles where you strategically line up enemies to maximize damage. Out of battle, Mario can use the arm-extending 1,000-Fold Arms ability in specific spots to interact with the landscape to pull, peel, hit, and more! Using the unique properties of paper, help Mario unfold new paths, explore vast environments, unlock the secret of an ancient ruin, brave the raging rapids, step out on stage, visit a string of islands, appear on a quiz show, and even participate in a mid-air battle!

that SM64 infinite staircase reference when the castle starts to unfold and refold into Origami Castle was nice.

I'm so sad for the fact you didn't finish the stapler boss with a magic circle, honestly it's rather epic to finish all bosses with a magic circle
but it will make the boss look weak lol
also, cutscene be damned that finisher clearly kills the stapler instantly.
I will never do that again with this boss

Now you have to go to toad town and beat all of the boss fights again to get the bowser figurine

You're on the virge of facing Olly himself. Remember which Vellumental to use against each of Olly's transformations and you'll be fine.
Which are? Is it something obvious like blue means use Water Vellumenthal? I will soon be fighting him myself...

@@shoken4421 I do understand your point because having to fight demons and ghouls while also having to find your friends for what seems like hours can physically, mentally and emotionally drain someone, I think that Nintendo isn't giving him the right kind of break.
You see, staying cooped up in your home (or the Nintendo office) or just bringing them in a game for a brief moment isn't really a good way to vacation. You see, although Luigi is somewhat of an introvert, he seems to always cheer up when adventuring with his brother. By making him have to stay put just makes it worse.
Imagine you just got finished defeating a whole Ghoul who could literally kill you, the first thing you'd want to immediately is just get away from the place that once held ghouls? But keeping you in an enclosed space, wouldn't that give you flashbacks and soon anxiety about how safe the space is?
Honestly, I think they should have let him vibe/fight with Mario. The settings were chill, the fights were colourful and energetic, the Velementals were gorgeous to look at and the vibes of each place were just really calming! Especially the Autumn place! If he were to just relax and be able to hang out with his Bro, Bobby, and Olivia, I think he would have " vacationed " just fine

There's no secret ending, just something extra after the credits. It's not that exciting, but it's still rewarding to have 100% the game.
Zach I love how u evolved through all these years I have Been watching since u were playing plant vs zombies and the adventure was great
We could never see Peach's Castle Key upon the exhaust pipe before since the kart was upside-down when we saw it in the ruins. BTW, what an odyssey of Luigi (and his kart) !
Hey go back to the first part at the old gramp tree then go behind him and there is a door if you go in it takes you to a secret level called star world and u can get so many coins and two trophy

Before you advance to the next boss (Final Boss) make sure you have 100% EVERYTHING for the SECRET ENDING

I will most likely defeat the main bad guy without all of this and then go back and do it correctly!

You can't do that, you have to beat olly once to get 100% everything, then beat him again and you get the secret ending
I know it’s been awhile, but if anyone restarts the game, fight every origami in bowsers castle as the paper versions will reward you with 1000 extra coins. It was really annoying to fight every single one of them (instead of hitting them with a hammer that won’t give you any coins). It was so annoying, but so glad I didn’t have to worry about the coin goal for the trophy

I forgot to mention something. In toad town, if you go to the house near the manhole cover, there will be a toad who is looking for the manhole hook. Give it back to him, and he will give you a treasure.
