    - What is the community looks like
    - What kind of community resources are there
    - What is the community support
    2. Networking and communication
    - Sharing ideas
    3. Combination of empathy and sympathy
    - To really understand the rhythm of that community
    - Try to build the workforce system
    - Focus on what's the value does the individual community have
    - Focus on how to support the people in the best way
