But I understand that this was a rushed game and several of the robot masters where changed in the final build at the last moment. But still an awesome game. Still weird how Top Man was a Forest type world and not a whimsical top style/Toy level.
The robot masters in megaman 2 and 3 were actually designed by fans (perhaps tweeked a little to fit in). The stages were made before the developers even knew what robot masters they were going to use. That’s the reason why some stages don’t really fit their robot masters that incredibly well
