This was a follow up to last year's In The Hall of the Mountain King, done in similar style but with another guest, Elizabeth Garrozzo. Only VoicePlay, yes? :)
I recognized but could not name all of the pieces that Layne chose. I loved Eli's horn for the Thus Spake Zarathustra and the Can Can right after. Cesar was doing the can can, but it was hard to see with the dark background. Their most recent release was MJ's The Way You Make Me Feel, it is fantastic! I thought I was subscribed but wasn't, I have corrected that!
I love how the fire changes colors to match the skin tone of the character casting the spell. And I wonder how many viewers noticed the slip of paper sticking out of Rachel's bosom after the love spell. 🤣
This one is such a delight, played most of them in high school band nearly 60 yrs ago. Loved Cesar doing the Can-Can. Toccata and Fugue in D Minor - J. S. Bach Disney's Fantasia used this for the opening of the movie in 1940 Eine kleine Nachtmusik - Mozart Used in The Scarlet Pimpernel 1939 Habanera from ''Carmen Suite No.2'' - Georges Bizet in Disney/Pixar UP also in Trainspotting Symphony No 5 in C Minor - Ludwig Van Beethoven in Breakfast Club, Austin Powers, Howard's End The Blue Danube Waltz - Johann Strauss II 2001: A Space Odyssey and Disney's The Jungle Book Dance of the Hours - Ponchielli Disney's Fantasia hippos do ballet Für Elise - Beethoven Rosemary's Baby 1968, Patch Adams, Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, Django Unchained Thus Spoke Zarathustra - Richard Strauss 2001: A Space Odyssey Orphée aux enfers, Frensh Can Can ACT 5 - Offenbach Little Mermaid, Moulin Rouge Romeo and Juliet (Fantasy Overture) - Tchaikovsky V for Vendetta A Night on Bald Mountain - Mussorgsky Disney's Fantasia Peer Gynt Suite No. 1, "In the Hall of the Mountain King" - Grieg Night at the Museum, Needful Things. VoicePlay's latest is The Way You Make Me Feel (Michael Jackson) and Geoff has done 2 solos - Big Iron (Marty Robbins) and Friday he did Imagine (John Lennon).
My favorite part is when Layne, the best boxer with green horns and orange face, giggle/chortles after he steals the book. It's such a different, goofy noise and I didn't catch it the first time listening.

Hello Wolf Hunter, thank you both for a great reaction to Voice Play. Never take your eyes off these guys because they always tell a story in their theatrical videos. You don't want to miss something. She is holding the book of spells & the others are taking it from her. She doesn't like it & gets angry with them. At the end she was secretly holding the last page & she made them disappear & walked off with the complete book.
And after poor Eli figured out how to come back after Layne made them all disappear in Mountain King. I know these are huge drain on time and take a lot to produce, but I really hope they make this an ongoing thing. Or at least to finish it up with a third one.
Great! It is very interesting to see your joint detailed reaction to the film Robocop 1987. This is a cool movie 🦾🤖🔥 Do you have any plans to do a reaction to a movie?

Always love it when Rachel Potter is Voiceplay's featured guest. Layne knocked this arrangement out of the park.
That's why we call them the theater kids of a capella
I'm a big Voiceplay Fan!❤️🔥 They always surprise me with the new. I'd be interested to know how you like "Seven Nation Army" from VP? ☝️👍👍

That's great.
IF you liked Rachel Potter here, dig up their version of Phantom of the Opera. It is mind blowing in the best possible way.
first reaction i've seen where anybody knew that's a shofar. awesome catch. 🙂
Love this and their previous one same characters from In The Hall of the Mountain King.
So good
They also dropped a new one this week - Be Prepared with Geoff playing the villain. Geoff also added a new solo - Song of Durin.
Hey guys I like it a lot
Every musical piece is named in the information under title on the video.

Can you please react to VoicePlay's cover of "Be Prepared" from the Lion King.
