+Lexi Hay I know she has. but the powder, the primer, the bronzer, the blush, the highlighter are all different on each side and each have different wear times, regardless of the foundation. so I was interested in the lasting ability of the makeup as a whole, not to mention the lasting power of the cheap eyeshadows and eye primer compared to the pricey ones
It is so great to sit around with you while you get ready! You have really nailed your lighting issues. Finding "dupes" for high end makeup was what brought me to You Tube in the first place. You are the first beauty YT I watched. I'm so excited to try some of these. I am already using the essence snowflake for my highlighter, along with elf eye shadow pallets, brushes (I found a dupe for the brush you wanted to marry on Amazon), and am trying to change over to Loreal pro matte foundation. One hack that I use with my Bath and Body lotions is mixing their lotion with a cheaper fragrance free one. I promise you won't know the difference and your favorite scent will last much longer!
Super duper late on the comment train here, but a GREAT dupe for Better Than Sex mascara that I actually discovered before trying the Too Faced mascara is the Maybelline Full N Soft. It has a different shaped brush, but overall, I think the formulas are almost exactly the same. They don't make lashes feel too heavy, they've got a soft feathery feeling instead of stiff lashes you usually get with wet mascara formulas, and they've both got great buildable volume. I would honestly not buy the BTS if it weren't for the fact that I love the hourglass brush.
Bought the LA Girl foundation after watching your review, and coverage wise it's one of the best for the price I've tried in a long time and that white mixer is just amazing and works with everything. Love your videos
I just got a new face wash and moisturizer from the body shop in Ulta and it is the acne preventing line or something like that but it is really good for combo skin and my breakouts faded a lot after I used it.
I think it's the Tea Tree line? That's the one that helps acne. Their toner is really nice but the mask is reeeaaaallly strong and burned my face! Just a warning.

Yes, I would like to see actual dupes without any changes of adjusting colors in case it changes application or indurance. Also to see the brands various colors for what should be similar for fair skin. I appreciate you telling us what you feel breaks you out, because it gives me a heads us to be on gaurd because I am VERY acne prone, mainly to primers and sunscreens, but often to foundations too. Omg I totally agree about the becca highlighter thing. I bought one because everyone raved about it and it stayed on my skin less than 7 hours. For that price I was really disappointed and I'll stick with my L'Oréal iced lattes shadow instead

I've been using that purple mascara for a hot minute too. I like to use the empty dry wand and comb it over my top lashes (coated with a different mascara ) when they're wet then go straight to the bottom lashes for a subtle tint.

The lighting was really good for this one too. Would love to see a foundation dupe video. People say W7 Genius Feather Light is a dupe for Younique or Cover FX Custom Color Drops. I really like the W7 Genius on my skin and its affordable, so even if it doesn't make the dupes vid its a good candidate for Foundation Friday.
You should an affordable makeup starter kit video. I love your drugstore makeup ones and I'd love to see what your favorites are from Colourpop, Makeup Geek etc etc that you can't find in stores.

my holy grail of liquid liner is the rimmel scandaleyes liner...lasts all day (and night) even when i accidentally rub my eye a bit and is so easy to apply, there also different sizes for if you want a more dramatic line(or wing) or a finer one.
the white in the IT cosmetics palette is actually the bye bye pores pressed 🤔 which might be why it doesn't come off as a pigmented white powder, because it's meant to be "translucent"
