I am very happy with your progress, I was also afraid of carbohydrates so little by little I overcame it, sometimes there is nothing wrong with eating a craving, when I ignored the cravings I ended up having a binge, it is very difficult but yes You can get out of binge eating, and we are going to do it!!❤❤

This is so true!! I’m trying to eat what I want without going overboard but I’m really struggling
What a major milestone! For you to feel “okay” mentally esp after eating certain foods is a huge accomplishment! Keep going and stay strong!
