I'm so glad you & others witness to these facts. I hope & pray that you & others advance in faith. Dr. Hahn has helped me in my search for God for over a decade. He dug down to the basics in his conversion story, found out the way the Church Fathers practiced their faith, which was truly "Catholic" . The shattered glass of todays "christianities" (20,000 + "churches") is not the undivided unity Jesus wanted & prayed to The Father for @ The Last Supper. We need to PRAY & unite. Disciple=Discipline

A very good explanation on John 6 "flesh is of no avail" question in Eucharistic context!

"Then the kingship and dominion and majesty of all the kingdoms under the heavens shall be given to the holy people of the Most High, Whose kingdom shall be everlasting" (Dan 7:27)
Exactly! That is the Catholic Church. As Christ said to the first pope:
"And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. " (Matt 16:18)
The Catholic Church founded by Christ shall be everlasting and hell shall not prevail against it.

@vinlino Oh my God! May the Lord deliver each and everyone of us from assuming the judgmental position that only belongs to him. Take care brother! God Bless You! :)

@tario26 I also see you used the word reconcile there. I used the word reconcile only to point out that no Protestant can reconcile the passages I posted. Are Christ's teachings not reconcilable through logic and empathy. Likewise our Churches should be reconciled with how scripture exhorts them to be structured. Timothy 4 1-3 is not an example of how the Catholic Church is breaking grace from scripture. The bishops and priests have freely chosen to be chaste. No one is forbidding them marriage.

I want to be a catechist. (._.) I am getting too much curiosity. I feel I want to teach others about Jesus. I want to preach. but is so hard. I am such an outgoing introverted girl.. T^T

Dr.Scott is used by God. I hope many protestants get to know the true thing, especially the Eucharist.
    Jesus is alive!!

People can twist it anyway they want, the catholic church is the one true church, as a famous talk show host said "You are entitled to your own opinions, but you are not entitled to your own facts."

Priest Choose not to marry , because the body of Christ is way to precious to handle, body of our God , oh man get it.

The sabbath day is not related to sin, and was created by Christ himself (John 1:3) for the benefit of man (Matthew 12:8), no only for the Jews. It is the only day blessed and sanctified (set apart for sacred use) by God.. Who do you think was going to keep it holy? God or man? Remember, God is holy per se, man is not. So, man was to observe the sabbath (saturday) even in the world to come: "and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the Lord" Isa. 66:23

@tario26 Ask them any question you have there. Give them your best shots. But I digress. Even if they did end up making a mistake by not allowing priests to marry, which I don't think they did since it isn't antagonistic to scripture, the answer wouldn't be to break off from the Church and become a heretic. Look at the mess that has ensued since the Protestant reformation. Practically the only Church fully standing by the teachings against abortion and contraception is the Catholic Church!!

@tario26 First of all the Catholic Church was not established while Jesus was on the cross. In the situation of the thief he was on his way to death and could ONLY be saved by belief in Christ seeing as he no longer had the ability to do works. If you are a member of the Catholic Church and don't believe Jesus died for your sins then you are not a Catholic or a Christian. I agree that no Church or person has the power to change any doctrine taught by Christ. The Catholic Church does not do that.

@tario26 Furthermore at the very least the Catholic Church HAS bishops. You can't claim to be all about scripture and willingly blind yourself to the passages that aren't convenient to your present "opinion". That's the whole point of religion my friend, that reality is not subjective or open to interpretation it is objective. Make an effort and TRY to see it through the eyes of the Church and you will see. Do yourself a favor and go to saint-mike(dot)org and go to the Q&A forum.

Seeing as how he started it, I imagine he thinks rather highly of it.
No, it is not pagan, unless you think Christ himself is pagan.
And no, it does not go against God.
How about you try being nice in the future, k? You attract more bees with honey than with vinegar.

@tario26 You are also blatantly disregarding all the passages in scripture where Jesus and God calls his people to action. To have faith and continue to follow Christ is an action!! To state that we are saved by faith alone is a heresy started by your beloved Martin Luther who arrogantly changed words and removed books from the Bible. So by your own admission "No Church or person has the power to change any doctrine..".

We never said it changed. You can also try opening other parts of the bible and get the full story. Check Acts and Revelation. It depicts Sunday worship as being perfectly fine. In Acts, it's the apostles themselves that worship on Sunday, for it is the Lord's day - the day he rose from the dead.
You think you can trick us by only giving half the information, but we're not that stupid. Be gone, deceiver.

You're repeating yourself. All claims, no evidence. A bunch of repeating yourself with no point to it. And what did scripture say about such vain repetitions? Oh yeah! That it was the actions of a pharisee and that we should not do it! So why do you?
