The point you raised about peak realizations and peak profitability is extremely important.... shows importance of understanding market cycles.... and with commodity prices falling... I think ammonium nitrate prices may fall to and with it would see stock price of solar industries... just to add some more info... ammonium nitrate price is defined primarily as a function of price of natural gas.... so as long as Russia Ukraine war is on... natural gas prices likely to be high... so no issue. But if you observe natural gas prices going down... exit without a thought.

i think the steep rise in price of ammonium nitrate is a major contributor to their sudden increase of sales. As we know that in this inflationary environment, every commodities prices have been steeply increasing . it might be possible that after governments all across the world have taken major steps to decrease the inflation, their overall sales growth will decrease .Thus , I don't think it deserves a current premium valuation.
If entire value growth is because of pass on of the raw material prices, the thing I am not getting is, why their absolute EBITDA is increasing ? Because technically, even if you are making 100 percent pass on of your raw material costs, your absolute EBITDA can't increase more than volume growth. This means the price hikes they are getting is definitely based on some other factor as well. Kindly let me know, if you have any idea of it.

The course were not well indexed. So if i want to find say about the different companies of a chemical sector, i would have to sit through the entire lecture 3. Notes : so here you did not share the ppts that you used for presentation. I take this paid course to understand a industry / company / concept, but many times I feel that I have to search though them. One more suggestion, can we have 1 offline session per quarter in major cities like bangalore? Hope you make these changes. Jai hind.

please re-calculate. even tho business is consistent, it seems to be shallow cyclical.. meaning, a bit similar to value added steel companies. when steel prices increases, it's passed on and sales and profit goes hockey stick.. but when steel prices decreases, sales and profit seems very low even after price passon, nature of the business.. so better to wait and buy when raw material prices are low, you'll get the twin effect.. ❤️
