Hello Justice, sorry PayPal isn't working well in Ghana. I have working PayPal account which I used to receive payments online. However, even if you use a different country to create it, PayPal will oneday ask you to confirm your ID with that county you registered from. Unfortunately they will block your account if you don't have an id card that bears that country.
I will advise you use Payoneer which is much better than PayPal.
Can a domain affect your site traffic?
