Anyone notice how the males slowly get nore and more emasculated with every season? Not only did they wreak havoc on MM's relationship with his family but they made it seem like Todd is a better father figure despite Todd being a brain-dead fanatic. They also scrapped Frenchie's relationship with Kimiko all of a sudden despite then having better chemistry.
They aren't getting emasculated. It's just typical dramatic writing, that goes to touch on emotional strings. Corny, but merely intended to draw viewer in and give characters emotional depth. The Boys comics are way more arguably "anti-male" LOL. Like dudes still go through same emotion trauma, on top of stuff like Hughie getting molested by Black Noir (yes, for real). And Butcher's whole character is basicly demented parody of vigilante types with vengeance. At the end of the comics, Butcher literally has a "Men and all that Dirty Harry bollocks ain't shit, Hughie".
As for Todd, like yeah, dude sucks....buuuuut be definitely is more normal member of society then MM, even with all his crazy beliefs. I can see why women would prefer him as a stable family man, even if MM is better person
Just keep in mind that this Noir is a replacement for the real black noir because he was killed by Homelander in season three when Homelander figured out that he knew that soldier boy was his father
I think Ryan is really well written. While we see that morally he doesn’t agree with Homelander, he still wants a fatherly connection and that’s partially why he also meets with Butcher. And I have to say it’s pretty accurate characterization to just normal people. I know quite a few people who have shit fathers and yet they still want to have a bond with them. I honestly think Ryan wants to have a father figure in his life and the one that he mainly has is a narcissistic man child who he still appreciates but also kinda fears.
I think homelander is just annoyed at the fact Giancarlo Esposito’s was right. You got rid of everyone that corrected you but hate that you’re stuck with a bunch of yes men
Homelander getting mad no one strands up to him kinda makes sense at least for homelander before he became the top of vought he always had someone to stand up to him be it Stan stormfront or whatever the lady name was they are willing to say no to him now he had no one to tell him know its like making a bady the head of a company a bady gets mad when you yell them no but also get mad when no body is looking after them

When i first heard "blow A-Train" i thought it was a sus voice lines someone on TikTok did lol
How is frenchie emasculated by not being with kamiko
Beeeenn waiting for this video
Black noir has to be the most interesting character 😂
I watched the 3 eps and bro im so intrigued by what’s gonna happen next🔥🥶
The new Noir just works, but I feel bad for the guy, something is telling he's gonna get his cordal cords ripped out. #SaveNoir😔
Hopefully the series continues to stay strong from here
Homelander telling the deep to "Blow-a-train" I genuinely thought they were going to show it, not show it but "show it".
Bruh Noir and Deadpool as a team think about 😂😂
I laughed so fucking hard when noir just spoke out of nowhere
Black Noir out here acting like Morph from xmen
It’s so weird seeing Homelander in something besides his suit
Acid is chemical, bullets are kinetic, gotta cover your bases 😂
I Need to hear this mans thoughts on Kaiju No.8 episode 10
I think homelander is just annoyed at the fact Giancarlo Esposito’s was right. You got rid of everyone that corrected you but hate that you’re stuck with a bunch of yes men
Homelander getting mad no one strands up to him kinda makes sense at least for homelander before he became the top of vought he always had someone to stand up to him be it Stan stormfront or whatever the lady name was they are willing to say no to him now he had no one to tell him know its like making a bady the head of a company a bady gets mad when you yell them no but also get mad when no body is looking after them
MM really lost some weight in this season. If you were to tell me they recast Laz Alonso's role to someone else, I probably would have believed it. Because he looks so different now. 😅
