Are you familiar with the EU tax? I'm in the middle of setting up an international shop (not Etsy) and may nabasa ako na nado-doble yung tax ng customers kapag hindi sila sa Etsy nag-order? Etsy automatically computes tax daw kasi for EU customers, kaso ang mahal ng fees nila compared sa ibang ecommerce websites.. Very helpful video again btw! :)
Hello! Yes, am familiar but haven't sold sa EU except on Etsy. ^^;; sa Etsy kasi they compute and charge the tax up front, and then sila na nagreremit dun sa gov't. And they give out a tax number for you to write/stick on your mail as proof that the tax is paid already tapos andun din yung declared value ng item. It's real convenient for me. BUT what I think you can do is ask PHLPost for a customs declaration form--dun mo ilalagay yung value ng item so the receiving post knows how much to charge. Also because of all these new rules sa EU, the mail to them is reaaallly delayed on their end. ^^;; Thank you!

A tracking number is not required but recommended especially if you wanna be a Star Seller. I usually disclaim in the captions/photos already how long shipping takes and that default shipping has no tracking, para mabasa na agad ng buyers before even placing an order.

Yes, it's ok. But if you are mailing with Registered Mail, in case of failed delivery it does get returned to you and they will need an ID for you to claim the item back, so it needs to be your real name! Or use a business name registered to your real name under DTI. ☺️
Hello! It fades, but is still readable. I put clear tape over it (advice nadin ng post office staff) coz sometimes if stickers natatanggal daw in transit. It also helps so the ink doesn't fade.

Yes, go to your Phlpost teller. If hindi pwede sa certain cities/countries sila yung magsasabi sayo. Their website is not updated.
