guiding light

For me there is no better sight
Than the guiding of the light.
Shining upon and appearing at last,
The golden path reflecting, rising up from the past.
Revealing a means, a way, the pilgrimage of elders,
Earned the faith to walk upon waters.
No longer questioning, wandering which way to go,
Taking a bow to please, onwards says show.
Illuminated by the light's gentle grace,
Each step forward, a sacred pace.
With wisdom of the past, I tread with care,
Trusting the journey, with faith to spare.
The path ahead, both clear and bright,
Guides my soul through the darkest night.
In the glow of the light, I find my way,
Following the call, come what may.
For in this radiance, I find my peace,
The wandering thoughts begin to cease.
The pilgrimage of old, a tale retold,
Of courage, of faith, of hearts being bold.
With each step taken, a new chapter unfolds,
As the light guides me, my story molds.
No longer lost, for standing upright,
I move forward, guided by the light.
