Use shelf liners on those that aren't easy to clean. dollar store sells them for $1.25

Oh my goodness. What a good idea and so simple. Shelf-liner would make them easy to wipe out. However, I don’t usually get spills or stickiness on that side. I’ll have to think on that.

@@homemakingwithdenise I will just put it plainly Denise. You are a comfort to me, whether you’re just talking or if you’re cleaning or cooking. I lost my mom to cancer a couple of years ago, and I miss just sitting down and talking with her over tea or coffee. You bring some of that comfort back to me just by being yourself, no matter what you’re doing. I love your wisdom, and it seems like with every video I learn something. Be encouraged in what you do. You really are touching lives in a positive way. Thank you Denise!

From one retired nurse to another, that is an impressive surgical scar! You go girl! I am glad that you are moving along on your recovery road. I used to have a deep, narrow “pantry”. The best thing I ever did, was to change to roll-out shelves. They work beautifully and I can easily reach all of the items at the back of the shelf. Lifesaver!

Hi Wendy. Welcome to the community. What video can I make for you? I must admit, the pantry is looking good but every night with my last minute tidy up I put everything back in place, that’s the only way it will stay that way. You’ve had both knees replaced? Hopefully that took care of the pain and any mobility issues. I’m working with physical therapy right now on mobility of this wrist postop. It’s doing well but still needs a bit of work.

    TODAY! 😮
Frig duty took hours. That's what happens when you don't move the outside frig for many years. Yup, years. Although, I would vac the under coils yearly. Surprised the thing still works. I had to scrape & scrape the buildup on the cement.
I also opened the back and vac'd the interior and vents.
The water drain was plugged, so water was draining to interior bottom. I wiped the bottom & veg'y drawers. I also removed & unplugged the drain tube.
I still need to wipe/clean the exterior, but I think I will do that on the 5th, appliance day.
I have been trying to do this for sooooo looonnng. It feels good 😊 to finally check off the zone list ✅

@@homemakingwithdenise Clean coils will help the frig breathe and efficiently cool. It should help extend the life of frig because it works less to keep frig cool.
