I still remember the day exactly that I truly noticed DROELOE as an artist and not just the individual songs. It was one of my best school trips just because of the jams.
Amen to this. I'm not much of an specialist but I love the tiny little audio details, details that sound different on various kinds of speakers or headphones. It truly feels like art ♥️

My brain doesn't understand the rythm of the first 2 drops, but I love the breaks, the chords, the lyrics, the production and everything on this song
i think it's quarter triplets (3 notes in the time of 2 beats), creates a different feel with the underlying 4/4 rhythm and in the 3rd drop the beat changes completely. sorry for the horrible explanation :)

I think it's on purpose, the drops are just there as a sepatation between two parts and emphasizes the chords break etc

i didn’t like it at first, i was hella bummed out at how it would be the first droeloe song i wouldn’t like.
then i listened to it 5 more times, then 10, and 10 became 50 and i’m in love with it now!

Strangers didn't evolve much for me the more I listened, because it was quite repetitive. Still a good song though

After listening to this song and being constantly annoyed at not being able to figure out the time signature change at the beat drop, I finally sat down and figured it out. It’s a repeated patter of 4 measures of 6/8, followed by a measure of 8/8. Such a great song!!!
