Origami Sonobe Units

A short video showing you how to create a Sonobe Unit, which is a module used in modular origami to make bigger projects. Making these is a relaxing activity to do in the evening, whilst watching TV, or having a chat with friends and family. The repetitive nature of modular origami makes it a great mindfulness activity as you can let your mind wander as you do it.
