Ladder 2.0

Not so much a Ladder 1.0 progression or update, but more the fact that the leader who delivered the session called it Ladder(s). Thank you for sharing ideas, just as I attempt to.
This session can be completed going "up the rungs", "down the rungs" or, if your runners can handle it, a session of each, creating almost a "Ladder pyramid".
