Hi, If JCB using as basket purpose and a man into a basket and suddenly JCB system all blocked. Question is: how we are rescue men from the basket? Have any manual system for in case emergencies? Pls response..
@@stevodoublel200 It is not a stupid question. In my practice, a related system of JCB was blocked, during working at height, and they can't lower the boom of JCB in time. There is a need to establish additional rescue plans or sustain the manual system in JCB in case of an emergency.
As a Telehandler driver in the UK this machine looks Alien (not in controls) in design why is the jib so high up and level with the cab so you can't see to the right, check out the UK Telehanlders if you are from the US (I know JCB is a UK Company) and see the difrence I visibility, so much better than this machine. This just looks awkward and wierd
Tomorrow's my first day as a Telehandler for a galvanizing factory I've been working at for a while now, I'm excited but man your right I'm in Canada and we have these silly setups with the cab right next to the Boom it's stupid. UK ones look nice!
@@beereadyyy9849 yes mate it's strange why they designed them this way. Probably easier if driving with a load sound on a chain block with attachment though when I think about it. But not with a pallet load driven low to the ground I suppose they both have pros and cons. Good luck on your first day kidda 👍👍
It's just the popular setup in the usa. Just raise the forks a bit and you can see to the right. With the high boom, you can boom below ground level, which is nice
Just bought one of these, loving it so far!
How do you detatch the forks?
very helpful I havent drove one in a year I needed a recap thank you !!!
Why would you disengage the brake before starting? lol
The battery is located behind the step going into the cab if anyone needs to know. It's on a hinge, just remove two bolts.
How do you lube/grease the axle pivots on these machines?
