I feel like you’re only a “normal” or “productive” adult when doing 30 hard. Maybe you should incorporate some of these habits into your daily routine instead of having an all or nothing view of it? I’ve never understood why the only time you walk the dogs or go on walks yourself is during 30 hard. The amount of snaps and things we see from you during 30H vs your normal life is drastic. Either way I hope you’re able to incorporate some healthy habits into your daily routine.
Giving up fast food is key. Easier said than done but it's true.
As someone who used to go into extremities like you i can guarantee you until you get yourself into a balanced permanent lifestyle you wont be doing your body any favors. If anything going from deprivation to binging and back and forth can really damage your metabolism and do more harm! This is not a hate comment i genuinely wish you can start taking care of yourself properly:)
You should get a dog stroller so when you want to speed walk Coop can still have a chance to get out of the house without getting over-tired. I have one for my senior cat & he absolutely loves it!
You need to have healthy eating and exercise in your daily routine as a normal habit not just for when you are doing a challenge, you have 2 dogs that should be going on walks daily, If coop struggles walking get him a stroller so he can still enjoy the fresh air and change of scenery, benny is huge and should be going on long walks everyday
It’s great to see you trying to get back into a more productive routine but a couple things that will help you:
1) fasting doesn’t work for most people and a big study recently found that fasting can increase your risk of heart disease
2) do not take supplements on an empty stomach
3) using caffeine to curb your appetite is not effective long term
4) you probably have a lot of energy from that double espresso and relying on melatonin for sleep makes your brain eventually stop producing enough and you’re going to have to take more and more
Focus on long term changes and you’ll see better, more lasting results. These yo-yo diets you do only make you gain more weight when you go off of them time and time again.
Actually, that "big study" is considered to be misleading and inconclusive by several medical experts. The experiment itself wasn't conducted properly as there was a severe lack of data on the test group's nutrition and environmental factors. Also everyone's needs are different. If you need guidance on how to manage a balanced diet, you should consult a doctor and have a thorough checkup!
Btw going on drastic routines like this and then completely doing none of it eating bad and not going on walks and gym is going to make u gain so much weight and really really fast im just trying make you realise what ur doing to ur body xx

I don’t think it’s healthy to keep randomly doing 30 hard you should try and just eat better everyday, drink more water, work out instead of doing this every so often. Also giving up alcohol will do wonders look at Jaclyn Hill! I use the calorie counter app you log all of your food and set goals etc not sure if it’s available in Canada though ❤️❤️❤️

For weight loss it’s 80% what you eat & 20% work outs so your diet & what you eat can be more important than work outs but I know what you mean!

Biotin can actually be a trigger for acne and hair breakage

People's bodies respond differently to fasting. If it is done safely and you are not denying yourself food and nutrients, you will be fine. A high protein diet is great for giving energy, making you feel full, and it works well with active people. I have hyperthyroidism and I am insulin dependent diabetic, and a high protein diet works great for me. Well, that and I do work with a nutritionist. Just because you ate chicken with rice in the asian stir fry doesn't mean that meal was healthy. You drenched your chicken and rice in sauces that are high in fat and sodium.
She Always does that...when she eats "healthy" she covers her food in sauces and cheese... besides doing thirty days of that kinda food and then stuffing your body in junk food and alcohol during the rest of the year isn't healthy...even Botox and surgery isn't healthy

If my cup of ramen noodles are 350 calories, but equal 1270mg of sodium, guess what, I'm gaining weight. Regardless.
girl homemade food is better option because she knows how much shes putting of sauces etc, than her going to get takeout stir fried rice and chicken, who knows how much sh* they put on it , stop yapping lol. You can still make your favorite foods at home and it can still be considered “healthy ‘’ or a better alternative lol

You break your fast as soon as you put anything in your body, including drinking water and taking all your vitamins, look it up. As someone who has done intermittent fasting, I have done my research on adequate fasting.
I don’t like her but this is so nitpicky. Who cares if someone does a a water fast or food fast do you want a trophy?
@chee8572 I wasn't nitpicking, I was just responding to her statement that she was fasting. She doesn't realize that when you do intermittent fasting, the minute you drink water to take vitamins your fast is broken. She was claiming that she was fasting for hours, which was untrue.

It’s like a vinyl/pleather material. Paint will unfortunately crack and peel off of it. But, she would upgrade to a pink one or wooden one and paint it! Even a metal one could be spray painted! I recall the current one is broken anyways!
