In contrast to what she's saying in this video, please guys really consider what you're purchasing. A lot of Shein clothing are bought by people who wanted "affordable clothes outside of their comfort zone" who never wore them or only wore them once and they end up dumped in landfills. Yes, fast fashion is all that many people can afford but please refrain from mindlessly buying things just because they're affordable, as she preaches in this video. Her fans can come at me all that you want, but this is a serious issue and people need to be aware of the environmental consequences of impulsive buying.

@@Someone25875 you're right, other companies do it too! however, shein is notorious for lying and falsifying their use of forced and child labor, stealing art and designs, and churning out an insurmountable number of clothing items daily which encourages the use of fast fashion more than other brands. they only operate online which further discourages returned shipments and those unwanted clothing items end up in landfills. on sustainability reports, shein is quantitatively far far far worse than brands like zara and h&m. so while yes, other companies do it too, shein is the worst of the worst

In response she posted her own premiere with Austin as a way to “take back her power”. She said it’s being handled by her lawyer and going well, but she never brought it up after that day. Curiously, the video in question was never found by anyone else who watches her so I’m wondering if she had legal success. Very few women are able to win cases like this, so it would be a VERY powerful moment if she was able to collect damages against the anonymous perp.
I heard multiple people say she lied about that & just wanted to promote the video she made with Austin on her only fans. Obviously I’m sure that’s false since no one knows for sure. It’s odd she never mentioned it again though.

I truly do adore you, Samantha. However I find it disappointing that you support a company that is contributing to so many environmental issues and forced labor. Fast fashion has become a major contributor to waste, ending up in landfills at an alarming rate. Even worse, Shein is contributing to human rights violations in relation to forced labor. Please look into Uyghurs Forced Labor and reconsider supporting these types of brands. Your in a position to influence your viewers by taking a stand against these companies that have significant ethical issues surrounding them.

Okay just humor me for a second. How much do you think the workers get paid if the clothes are that cheap? Don't get defensive, just let it sink in for a second. How does it make you feel? Are you going to disconnect yourself from suffering human beings because it doesn't feel good?

I don’t think it’s very responsible to promote unethical brands like shein to your impressionable audience. Especially excessive overconsumption like this. It’s important to research the brands you purchase from. Have you ever wondered why their clothes are so cheap? Cause it costs them nothing to make. They make their workers work upwards of 100 hours a week (sometimes 16 hour days) in terrible conditions and only pay them a couple of cents per hour. And the environmental impacts of the way they manufacture their clothes is a whole separate issue itself. It takes like 700 gallons of water to produce enough cotton to make one single shirt (and items made of polyester are produced with huge quantities of oil). Not to mention the negative environmental impact from the consumers end. This low quality clothing isn’t made to last or withstand wear or use. It’s made mostly of plastics and polyester which take like 500 years to decompose once they’re inevitably thrown away. I remember you used to promote protecting the environment. It’s upsetting to see you neglect such an important issue:(💔 yes, I recognize that the low price point of shein clothes is appealing to people who don’t have a large income, but I feel like it’s wiser and more sustainable to purchase fewer, higher quality items that will last a longer time than to support dirty brands by buying an entire wardrobes worth of new clothes at a time. (Shein also has been known to steal designs from small clothing brands without crediting them and profiting hugely from it, so the slogan “design, discover, empower” is kinda b.s)

We all have moments where we loose ourselves, believe me, I was lost for YEARS, but now I have truely found myself the past 2 years (went through divorce). Love the hauls! I know Shein gets crap but I love the few pieces I got from there. It's not a one and done for me. I literally have a couple essential pieces I purchased from them. It's nice having a company I can actually fit into lol. Being very large chested doesn't bode well in brick and mortar stores in my area sadly. Thanks for sharing and showing I'm not alone in liking this company lolol
