hello, first of all thank you for the videos, but i think you have one minor mistake here, you mentioned that ductus venosus connect left umbilical vein with the IVC, but i think you wanted to say that 1/3 of umbilical vein blood drains into left hepatic portal vein which drains into the IVC via Ductus Venosus connection, and 2/3 of umbilical vein blood drains into main hepatic portal vein.
I can add also the the percentage is variable during pregnancy, e.g untill week 20 1/3 of umbilical vein blood drains into left hepatic portal vein, and towards week 32 almost 20% of umbilical vein blood drains into left hepatic portal vein.

Sir. I want to ask you what happen when whole blood of O negative donor is transfused to A positive recipient as it contain Antigen A which may react with Anti A ab of O negative donor's blood 😊pls
However much the question is off the topic, but theoretically, there would definitely be an agglutination reaction.
But the principal of the dilution effect also matters, the amount transfused and the nadir of Antibodies to antigen amount is almost nil. We rarely transfuse whole blood.

Can pregnant women get pfizer - biontech vaccine nano particles in their placenta if they are mainlined into a vein and if so, how does the placenta protect the fetus from the highly reactive lipid nanoparticles injected. Also what about the coronary arteries of young kids can they be damaged by pfizer - biontech lipid nanoparticles?
