    Came across your channel the other day. Really like your content and reviews. You are geared toward the regular rider who has to balance cost vs durability. Can't always spend the big bucks on every item all the time. Sometimes you have to compromise and you show exactly that. Thank you! Subscribed!!

    I had a set of Rigg Adventure Dry saddlebags on my DR650 and one exploded on a admittedly hard fall ripping out a 12" gash along the seam. They are simply the watertight PVC/rubber material without any tougher stitching or reinforcement though so they are probably more for road touring.

    Very nice set up. I have a Lone Rider 48L Overlander bag that I put on the back seat (top box still on) and it pushes me too far forward - makes for an uncomfortable ride. That, plus the OEM BMW cases, and I still didn’t have enough room - I need to re-pack! What is your opening music - I’ve heard it elsewhere and it’s a great piece.

    Great setup! They look really good on the KTM. Do you think they will work on a 2003 KLR 650 ?
    I really appreciate your budget minded approach keep um coming!

    • @ADV_Agenda
      @ADV_Agenda  Рік тому +1

      Yes they will work great on the KLR !! I have a buddy that runs them on his,make sure you get the heat shield it's only an extra 20 bucks and will protect your investment.

    Have an old set of Nelson Riggs bags (side load) I bought for the 07 KLR. Except for a few straps that wore out they still function OK and are fixable. Wish I had the newer ones instead of the Tusk hard panniers for the last trip. Nothing wrong with the Tusk at all, just worry a bit about a tip over with the hard cases. It's the hard vs soft debate and I ain't no spring chicken anymore (72). Good looking setup!

    • @ADV_Agenda
      @ADV_Agenda  9 місяців тому

      Thank you so much, yeah the new stuff looks good, I have a video coming out with the pannier bags soon. You can't beat Tusk and Nelson rigg products for the price!
      I'm definitely impressed with the pannier bags, they held up well even after a few crashes 😅.

    Yo! Great review video! I want to put these on my 2015 500EXC and I'm curious what fastners you used to attach the front straps to? It looks like you found a much better way of attaching the front strap to the frame. Thanks in advance for any help you can give!!!

    Hello, thanks for the very helpful video! Can you provide any more information on the tail rack plate you have installed with the additional strap points?

    • @ADV_Agenda
      @ADV_Agenda  3 місяці тому

      I made the plate and attached it to my rack, you don't really need the plate to make it work.
      What kind of bike are you thinking of mounting it to?

    • @sunburntburrito
      @sunburntburrito 3 місяці тому +1

      @@ADV_Agenda I have a 2014 KTM 500 EXC. I liked the plate idea not just for this luggage but also when riding dirt without the luggage and carrying just some tools in a small bag.
