Spoilers Happy has lost his mental fortitude pun intended which is one of his biggest strength. The last fight Happy clearly panicked seeing gyro production and rushed into a very badly positioned fight. He could’ve maybe killed the remaining mine of Fortitude or something else but I think he panicked which months ago was very un Happy like especially in the grand finals of the biggest 1v1 tourney in terms of prize pool for 1st place So yeah balance particularly ghoul frenzy nerf hurt him but overall he seems to have lost that killer instinct and mental strength. LAN even seems worse a lot of moneys clearly flustered.
2:11:34 - I'm from Brazil. A Latin country! Here we get the impression that Asians are restrained in their emotions. Seeing Fortitude celebrating with "lungs" is so good. The blood running through his veins.
Per the MK surviving on 94 HP: the game treats permanent stat increases (from level up) differently than temporary ones (from items, shown as +stats in green). Permanent stat increases give the full HP amount, while item based ones just give a percentage. Therefore MK got the full 75 hp from his level up, though as you mentioned it doesn't make a difference since he had 94hp at TP.
Last game, at the end. Why did Happy chase Forti into his main. It wasnt mining, and xpo was, he should ran back to xpo and either kill all peasants or it forces Forty to come otta main to fight him and then happy can get better positioning for the fight. But idk, just what it seemd like to me.
34:20 it's only level 1 impale, heroes have damage reduction against spells, so I would assume it was just too little damage to finish him off before the level up
I am new to WC3 and have just finished the campaign. I was watching some videos related to the campaign playthroughs and I came across some tournament videos. It seems that top players of WC3 seem to specialize playing only one race always and this was surprising to me. Why is every player focusing only on one race? Patch changes mean that the strongest race keeps changing over time. So doesn't it make sense for a player to master all 4 races as much as he can so that patch changes do not affect him as much? Does the tournament restrict each player on picking one race for the entire tournament? Are there also tournaments where both races of players are randomly assigned?
the answer i think this game is very difficult to master even if you only need to work on 4 matchups. playing 4 races suddencly you need to know more heroes, more build orders, more counters etc
The same with sc1, sc2 and other rts. Master one race on high level is already hard - once Flash from sc1 took random on world championship just to show others how good he is
IT seems like the lvl up DID cancel the stun from impale, cuz that tp was almost instant when he landed and the lvl 2 impale is spose to be 1.5 second stun on heros. That didnt seem like 1.5 seconds, felt like only .5 sec. So, im not sure, but thats what it seems like to me. Referring to game 2 on TS btw.
Its 10 garg : 1750 g 300 l 20 supply vs 12 gryphon : 3360g 840 l 48 supply + 6 gyro : 600 g 180l 6 supply . Army was stuck gargs were not microed … just look at 2:09:06 and 2:09:11 gargs chase down 1 gryphon and than go back all while getting battered by 11 gryphon and 9 gyros. Also nonstop gyro production… overall happy made bad decisions there
I like these mass tier 1 harass/ cancel games, but I want to see happy do cancel expo into tech, then use double hero double dispel item mass abom, to harass economy more
I'm not following what's happening with WC3 that much so, can someone explain to me why Happy kept trying to get an early expo every game? It seemed to me that's why he kept losing? Or is that the new UD - HU meta?
Its a new meta. You can also see how huge amount of ghouls Happy loses this way, no movement aura to help (not DK first) his micro, so he looks like a normal player.
So i have checked the mountain king hp issue. If the mountain king is at 10% health and thats 10 health. And then levels up increasing his max hp by 100. He remains on 10% health, but thats now 11 hp.

(long read)LOL, the reason why Fortitude couldn't take a single map from Happy 18 months ago, and now beats him consistently has nothing to do with Forti improving or Happy declining. It's the same reason for why Starbuck cleaned Lyn's clock 3-0 the other day, and Lyn despite playing the best build and having 435 APM during battles coul;d only kill 2 Riflemen the whole series.(not even in one game, but in the whole series). Fortitude is a patch Human, just like Starbuck. The only thing that changed is the patch. Human got buffed to Infinity and beyond. Happy is 1,000,000 X the player that Fortitude is. The last time that Happy lost to a Human player based on *skill* was to Infi back at the Huya Super League in 2020(the current Infi is a shadow of his former Self playing his main). That I am defending Happy here should tell everyone something, becausee as an Orc player and defender, I have been highly critical of Happy and UD in the past for stomping Orc over and over again with endless waves of frenzied ghouls and destroyer pushes. But I am fair. I always mainstained that Happy is one of the top #4 most skilled players ever, and that even in a balanced game he can beat anyone including Lyn(just not in the curbstom way that he and other top UDs wrre doing patchjes ago) But this right here is just pure imba. The UD Vs Human matchup is mostly about economy(unlike the Orc Vs UD matchup, which is mostly about hero levels). All these games of UD Vs Human are decided in the first 5 minutes based on 2 questions: 1. Can the Human secure expo? 2. If so, can the UD counter-expo? This decides the *whole* game. Why? Because Human is the true RTS race of WC3, and Human tier 3 is and has always been overwhelmingly strong. Like I've said before, Human is the only faction of WC3 that could be a playable faction in SC2. Hell, Human even has SC2-like units such as tanks! And here is the problem with the mafchup: with militia creeping, it is almost 100% guaranteed that Human will get the expansion up, and footman + militia are too much in terms of army for UD to stop or cancel expansion with level 1 Lich. Archane tower is totally busted for both range and repair rate, which meanss that even if Lich does manage to kill 2-3 peasants with lev el 1 Frost Nova, it's only a matter of time before it's out of mana and has to leave. Conversely, it is *impossible* for UD to counter-expo. Water elementals are absolutely insane in terms of both DPS and cooldown. Conversely, with defend footmen receive almost no damage from nerubian towers, which have piercing attack. There is nothing that Lich can do about it to stop expao from being cancelled as water elementals + footmen = INSANE dps and tankiness at early game. It is an absolute overkill. This is why UD has been going Crypt Lord fast expo, because even though CL can't do anything against water elementals cancelling expo, at least impale does something Vs footmen. It's still a long, long shot, but the best that UD can do. If the UD cannot stop Human expo and/or secure expo, and it is 90% chance that he can't for the reasons I just mentioned, it's gg. Even if he can, the UD is on a timer. Once Human has knights and gyros, it is 100% over, as UD has no counter for that. UDs have been trying to go possesion to counter knights, but the problem is that breakers are much cheaper and hard counter it, and then UD is left with a mostly zero-DPS useless unit. If the UD tries to go mass gargs or destroyers to counter knights, gyros hard counter all of it. Knights + gyros pretty much hard counters *everything* that UD has, Possesion is not sustainable for mana. To add insult to injury, even though Human doesn't even need it, gyrocopter bombs, a cheap upgrade, makes gyros into the best unit in WC3: a very hard counter to *all* air units that costs low gold and food, is incredibly fast and has decent DPS Vs melee units as well. An absolute overkill. Happy in one of the games had upgraded mass gargs with magic shield, the best possible thing that he could have, and despite having 1,000,000 X better micro than Fortitude(a guy never known for his micro, and who on many of his games average barely 200 APM), all that Happy had died to gyros anyway. Make Happy and Fortitude play reverse races, and Happy would beat Forti 10-0 in a BO10 despite off-racing the least with Human. Here are the facts: - Water elementals are way too strong for DPS and cooldown, especially Vs Orc and UD. Against Orc, WE push Vs burrows at early tier 2 is almost unstoppable. Against UD, it allows the Human to easily cancel any UD attemps at counter-expansion in early game. - Devotion Aura is completely ridiculous. Up to +6 armor? Are you kiding me? Stacked with inner fire, we're talking about +11 armor, and that given to Riflemen, which is already one of the tankiest units in the game, makes them essentially unkillable. Like I said before, I played a game where I had taurens + spirit link + bloodlust + Ancestral Spirit, and I barely won the game Vs Pally/Rifle, and the Human didn't even have inner fire!! - Clap is too OP for stun time, damage and cooldown. - Bash is way too good as well. Gyrocopters are way too good for how little they cost in terms of both gold and food. They hard counter all air in the game, and with gyrocopter bomb, a cheap upgrade, they become hands down the best unit in WC3, having even good DPS Vs melee. - Human ability to secure economy advantage is way too good, Militia creeping is great, footmen best starting unit in WC3, and archane towers shit down most harrass. This matchup is *completely* unfair to UD. At least Orc has some chance Vs Human with lots of laming and via raiders. UD pretty much gets hard countered from beggining to end in almost every way imaginable. Holy ST, I am in awa of Happy. Happy is a *fantastic* player. He won 2 games in an unwinnable matchup. Any other UD player would lose 0-4 over and over again even against Human players 200 MMR lower. I don't think that people fully comprehend the magnitude of what Happy achieved here. Imagine playing 6 game sof Poker where your opponent has a four of a kind as his opening hand, in every one of those games, and you still manage to win 2 of them. Unbelievable. For *skill* Lyn and Happy are the 2 best WC3 players in the World hands down, but it sucks to watch them outplay, outwit and outmicro their opponents when realistically no matter what you do your are just tightening the roipe around your throat no matter what you do because the opponent hard counters everything you do with almost any unit and any build from the start, while even your best decisions leave you vulnerable to 50 different and devastating counters at once. Lyn, the guy that once defeated Colorful 3-0 in Elf mirror, and Happy, the guy that defeated Hawk several times in Human mirror and Foggy in Elf mirror, can't do anything against Fortitude and Starbuck, even though these two players couldn't take a single map from them before patch change.
Lol this is bullshit. Talkin us here how human is happy, and in last game poor human had to rush workshops when undead built gargs. It is always that Fortitude has to be step ahead and scout what Happy is building so Forti can fight. I never saw that Happy had to scout what Forti is building so happy can produce counter units and fight, but always a Forti has to struggle with this. Many people including me see it like this: Finally Blizz gave potential to the othe races to be as strong as undead, and that race is human atm. Idk where so much cries comes from, there were 2 reasons why happy dominated for last few years. He trains 24/7 and his race, if played to full potential is strongest race in the game. Now there is Forti, plays strong race and trains 24/7 just as Happy. Also for me, all prime legends 20y ago are much better than Happy. I can never put Happy before names like Moon, Lyn, Sky, Infi, Grubby and few others. It was real competetion back.
@@mospace4879 No way is this matchup fair for UD, especially early game. UD just says GG and leaves if they can't stop Human from expanding or at least expand on their own. UD 1 base Vs Human 2 bases zero chance for UD. Even if UD expands, they are basically on a timer to win the game before Human tier 3 is done, because they have NO chance Vs tier 3 Human.
yes bro... everyone knows this, only noobs denies. happy >>>> forti , clearly a imba game vs und right now when i see happy forced to use CL, i already know things are not ok. only thing i disagree: happy is not top #4 - hes top #1 Best player off all time, he surpassed moon and infi.

The pic of warcraft micro and macro ! The serie was phenomenal, specialy the first and final game, pure art ! lol For years it took a feat from humans to resist the timing push of the ghouls, conversely it is the turn of the undead to ask for a feat to keep up the pace. I don't even know what would have to be changed to rebalance very slightly. The gameplay levels of Fortitude and Happy are so spectacular that it's hard to tell ! In any case, the year starts well with a video of matchs like this! :))
Damn... what a joy looking at these games and not knowing who's going to win... I think the community missed that for years! Next step is for Activision to actually moderate the community.
current situation with humans is like affirmative action in us colleges. You cant be sure any human player is good - as all they come into top of elo via discriminatory patches.
If you can’t see forty skill then you are in denial. Even if you believe that hu is op and a clicks lumber gathering units , still micro/macro timing etc should be applauded.
@@Biobin123In every game HU is in advantage, that gets bigger and bigger if the opponent doesnt play perfectly(from the very start), only if you play perfectly, you got an even chance. Nobody denies Forty skill, its just unfair that HU is so strong that UD barely can survive footmen and elementals. Just by the nature of the game, HU is in somekind of guaranteed advantage from the start, thats unfair play.

I spared a lot of time abandoning your comment after reading in the first 2 rows that Forti has not been improving in the last year
@@bisestile88 What an amzingly intelçligent and insightful critique of my post you just offered. Amazing.
yes bro... everyone knows this, only noobs denies.
happy >>>> forti , clearly a imba game vs und right now
when i see happy forced to use CL, i already know things are not ok.
only thing i disagree: happy is not top #4 - hes top #1 Best player off all time, he surpassed moon and infi.
Hey guys id like to know if Fortitude has YT channel or twitch, can anyone tell me plz.
This is the most sloppy I've ever seen happy i question if his heart is still in it.
Warum wird das erst jetzt hochgeladen?
great final, the best 2 players
QQ question:
Why undead is not fast tekkin anymore?
it just doesnt work:
< you cant win with tech if you cant delay human tech and towers.
Show macht i loved warcraft 3 best player fortitude
Nice ending.
7:40 missed huge impale opportunity
58:29 happy wouldnt need to build a meat shield wall if he builds graveyards on the expos
The Chinese Wall joke was very funny
All time best 1v1 map is LT!!!
Always great to see happy lose!
hugh? this final is from yesterday `?
Archmage looks badass
34:58 lvl up gave 20 hp, was not the level what saved it. The level was a morale hit
@@Lokiddr Level up gave 75HP.
MK had 119HP before impale, impaled: all damages are delayed while MK is lifted, gained 1HP Reg (120HP), received delayed ghoul damage of 9 (111HP), received delayed nerubian tower damage of 3 (108HP), gained 1HP Reg (109HP), received delayed impale damage of 45 (64HP), MK landed (delayed damages applied), gained Level-5 75HP (139HP), gained 1HP Reg (140HP), received damage from Cryptlord of 36 (104HP), received damage from ghoul of 10 (94HP), town portal.
phew that first map was excellent
I hope happy got revenge in 2025! For Nerzul!
Whenever happy loses, these cry babies come out and cry

Top Tier WC3.
Fortitude real life human vs happy the unhappy real life ghoul. 😂🎉
Your bad manner says everything about you. Plus Happy at least don't play for humba...
Ud is broken and happy still lose@@zukunftverstehen

Happy is a very nice Russian guy in real life
@@ioannispiastopoulos7288 he might be nice but the fans would like to see him smile 🤷😆
The pic of warcraft micro and macro ! The serie was phenomenal, specialy the first and final game, pure art ! lol
For years it took a feat from humans to resist the timing push of the ghouls, conversely it is the turn of the undead to ask for a feat to keep up the pace. I don't even know what would have to be changed to rebalance very slightly. The gameplay levels of Fortitude and Happy are so spectacular that it's hard to tell !
In any case, the year starts well with a video of matchs like this! :))
Fortitude doesnt look Happy at the end, LOL.
for ud win needs to be at least 20 - 30% better
awesome games !!!!!!
Don't know why happy didn't Play dreadlord he's good with it...i still feel like human are op..
The coil nova master loses. Open bar for all the imbal 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷
When my heroes are almost dead I also just level them up to 5 lol
It had no role on saving mk. It just was moral hit for happy
Happy is not happy cause forti fortifies his fortress
EPIC!
Awesome

we just saw the fall of the emperor
what a series. Is forti in the goat conversation now?

Coil Nova - Game Ova
Damn... what a joy looking at these games and not knowing who's going to win... I think the community missed that for years! Next step is for Activision to actually moderate the community.
Archmage movespeed needs to be nerfed
祝贺Forti冠军!
this game was the other day why is it repeating itself
The other day you watched live now it’s uploaded
imbalance MU, Forti dont win MU win
You mean forty won despite mu? I agree
goooooooooooooooooooooo
current situation with humans is like affirmative action in us colleges.
@@destroyer5859
Even if that is true, you can’t see that forty is skilled and good player? You think any hu can do that?
@@Biobin123Did you read my comment, i said nobody denies Forty skill. I think that if the game was more fair, that would give us even better Warcraft, Forty would need to make new cool strategies, who knows how cool. He could show us more skill. But this is my opinion, i am not an expert.
@@destroyer5859
1. Comment i replied to ( first comment ) states and i quote: “you can’t be sure any human player is good” - so yeah he isn’t sure if forty is good
2. You edited your comment adding “ nobody denies forty skill” and now saying if i read your comment. Pathetic . It shows that you edited your comment…
you shall not path

Spoiler:
Great series overall. Great end for 2024. I believe forty made sure that he is indeed best player of wc3 for the year 2024. Multi tasking is insane creeping while defending expo while attacking main and expansion etc…
Thanks for casting!
Imbalanced humans
Imbalanced Undead!
