One thing I'd like to point out about Gan X is that once you found the perfect setting for you, there is no need to carry around the additional hardwares since you won't be changing them any time soon. And I trust metal more than plastic. Gan X feels light enough for me. Any lighter will feel not so comfortable for me since I'm afraid that it will fly out of my hands if I turn too fast

That was me at the start but put in the yellow ges nuts strong and green to the strong clear magnets. Trust in me it feels so good.

It looks good , it's really fast and smooth but when I got it , it looked like a Rubik's brand , cheap plastic slow and dry I lubed it with sand and it's pretty good now I can average sub 1 with it but I prefer the 11 pro

This guy hits the nails on the head.
I have both the X and XS, both on the tightest settings and using the strongest magnets. I don't like my cubes loose.
The X is noticeably heavier than the XS, with slower but very smooth turning. Surprisingly good corner cutting in my opinion.
The XS is lighter & faster, but more on the crunchy side & less corner cutting capability than the X.
I'm not terribly fast or accurate, so the X suits me much better. Both are amazing puzzles.

The XS looks very fragile like its gonna break after a while if you turn too rough since or drop it from high up, it has a plastic core and tiny tiny plastic instead of a screw in the centers.. im very sceptical about getting an xs over an x
