    Sinking is indeed the hardest of all 4 energies to understand and master. I am grateful he made points about sinking so that future practitioners can learn from his wisdom.

    He was such a nice man. Every time i went to the Philippines i dropped by his shop and we talked about the old time. Being invited to the Beng Kiam was a real experience, i will not soon forget.
