    okay i’m not responding to any comments anymore lol. You guys have to realize that not everyone was taught everything that you guys know. and remember that y’all had to learn it from someone too or from experience. so not knowing something doesn’t make someone “pathetic” “stupid” “slow” like grow up lol second the comments about this being a “transgender” voice needs to stop. You guys are so negative if you don’t like something just don’t watch it lol.

    Lmao! Arabs have been doing this for literally hundreds of years. Glad it’s catching on in other parts of the world though. In my culture (Northern Sudanese), women take it up a notch by lathering their bodies in pure sandalwood oil and doing a sauna like treatment where we sit with a fire pit underneath made of aromatic wood. The smell is AMAZING and stays on your skin for several weeks even if you shower twice a day 😂
    We also use body scrubs made of sandalwood oil and other aromatic stuff. Then we use Bukhari (incense) made of sandalwood and a bunch of perfumes. The whole routine is pretty expensive but worth every penny. If you walk by the smell lingers in the room behind you for a long while.

      Thank you! When the beautiful African woman would come to my job when I worked at the Sam's Club I never understood what that strong scent on then was. To some people, it stank, but not to me. It it just was too much as it permeated on all of them no matter if they knew each or not. Too me it smelled like Burmese incense cones I've seen in the olive green house shaped box.

    • @r.ghaffar2578
      @r.ghaffar2578 Рік тому +3

      @@Ms_Jaye the benefit of this sauna-like treatment is that it makes whatever perfume you use much stronger and make it last all day. The smell of it on its own isn’t bad but it’s not my favourite. It’s best if it’s paired with sandalwood incense. Smells soooo delicious and soothing 🤤

    Not every scent will smell the same on every person, we all produce a different scent and fragrance mixes with our chemistry differently. I find certain high end fragrances smell sour on me after a few hours so I use cheaper body sprays that smell better and I apply as needed.

      @SaffariRose Рік тому +130

      Diet actually does impact your natural body smell but it's also likely an ingredient in the high end fragrance reacts badly with your natural scent. That or you're using a 'parfum' version (more intense composition) compared with a 'Toilette' version (more lighter concentration) that most cheaper body sprays use. Some people (like yourself) just thrive better with lighter scents so you're absolutely right about the differences. Perhaps you can try the 'Toilette' versions of high end perfumes (if you haven't already) and see if you like it. Or check if your other scents (like shampoo, body lotion, oils etc) might also be clashing.

      @Rue Hey! Some if this I know you've probably heard already, but definitely do them..If you wear makeup ALWAYS wash it off. Don't sleep in it. Once or twice a week I use a steamer (Amazon, like $25) to open pores and get a good deep clean. Use a good eye cream, serum (not extremely necessary but worth it if it's in your budget) and a good moisturizer. Personally I pass on anything designed to control oiliness. Oil is good for your skin, that helps prevent wrinkles and keeps your skin soft and supple. I also think anti aging products should be used sooner than later. Don't wait until your 40's..use them no later than 30. Oh also when washing your face and applying skincare products you want use an upward motion and also pat/press it into your skin. Don't pull or tug, don't sleep with your face pressed into your pillow. Some of my favorite product brands are Drunk Elephant, Origins, Tula and Sunday Riley. Drink your water, eat plenty of fresh fruit, don't smoke and hydrate your skin everyday!😉❤️

    I do this exact thing except I use a carrier oil like sweet almond or something of the sort and mix it with essential oils to make my own blend. I've been doing this for years and I'm constantly getting compliments om how great I smell. If I wanna smell stronger like if I need to be smelling great for hours ill do that then I spray my perfume on top after the oils soaked into my skin. That way my fragrance holds up from the morning all the way to coming home from going out that night.
