You can bring your parents in Schengen visa for 99 days to visit you - irrespective of Blue card , citizenship.Invitingparents permanent is a big challenge in Germany

Actually the fastest way is for master students, they can get PR in 2 years plus half of the total study period is also considered towards Niederlassungserlaubnis. They still have to make enough social contributions tho, but its not big as everyone usually does full time Internships.
But u have to get blue card

Germany adjusts everything according to inflation every few years. Including your salary and the minimum wage. The new amount for the blocked account is adjusted for the year 2023. Aka if you start in the 2023 semester, you will have to pay the extra amount

I am staying in Germany since last 6 years, I have paid 33 months of tax till now and also I did my 2 years of masters studies.
Only issue is I have normal work permit not the Blue card.
