Yes this is true but bad breath is not linked to teeth however if you have bad breath you will probably have bad teeth (the apple doesn't fall far from the tree)
Explanation: the reason why breath can be stinky or good smelling is based on what is on your tounge. The more yellow/white bacteria is on your tounge the more it will begin to smell bad. To fix this, get something thin and strong, such as the non sharp side of a butter knife or a bottle cap and rub it against the inside of your mouth. The more your tounge starts to feel rough inside your mouth and the more yellow and white bacteria you brush off the less your breath will stink.

In India my grandmother taught me this but a diff version, take a table spoon of salt add 2 spoons of mustard oil brush it before the toothpaste, it's still in our roots when we have to get white teeth it works immediately. Also why people are amazed by the most basic ayurveda 😅

@@bluesky8060 yes it works pretty good , see the dirt is actually oil in a way and hydrophobic in nature so it get attracted to the oil and when you brush with the oil it loosens the oil as the oil is now on the surface, after that you brush with the toothpaste so that the hydrophobic part of the soap chain gets attached to the oil and the other end of the chain repels away so it removes the yellow substance with a little brushing , also remember to do soft brushing for more than your usual time . And the explanation I don't know if its true or not as i assume that reason by correlating how soaps and detergent works in chemistry last year my, but it's also in our scriptures and it do work 😁😁

@@Unknown-bj7bz any oil that’s made from a seed or vegetable, is not good for you. Palm oil is not made from a seed, so it’s fine to eat. But the problem is most palm oils aren’t made from 100% palm, a lot of palm oils, have more vegetable oil in them then actual palm. normally if you put palm oil in the fridge, if it turns solid then it’s 100% palm oil but if it stays liquid it’s not.

I had inflammation on my gum for months that would lead to headache and then I came across oil pulling and tried it. At first, it seems a bit dubious but after just one try, it's already completely gone. Definitely works for me. I don't know why dentist said that this method is ineffective.

Better thing according to hindu vedas : take mustard oil in your palm add some salt to it then take your index finger of the right hand dip it into the oil and salt in your left palm and just brush your teeth and gum with the finger do it for 2-3 minutes and it would give you amazing results and remember mustard oil is a bit bitter so be careful lol
