If I heard this right your setup for engraving is 3 passes at 25% using a 30 degree bit of 0.1 mm width (also I think I have about three different sets of 10 bits each and I THINK they're all supposed to be of the same specification but maybe not because I didn't necessarily have specifications of everything that was shipped to me). I believe I succeeded in duplicating this situation, and I was using the default track width that the freeRouting (autorouting) option of KiCAD uses (whatever that is), and I'm looking at the result and the track width is VERY close to zero. I would like to know how one calculates track width based on bit width, % and number of passes, if you happen to know where I would find that information, but short of that I would like to learn what would be a REASONABLE set of parameters to be used based on the conditions I have described because 3 and 25% appears to be completely unworkable.
In this version of FlatCam I have a problem. I don't know how to set the drill alligment needed to turn pcb. I thought that your guide will explain it, unfortunately you had a problem with it, you just don't know what to do with it. You didn't know what to do with it and ended up moving on to other tasks without explaining the matter.
