Big love for Gulfmaster, that's one of very rare Masters of G that I don't have....huge love for the old Frog (I have it off course), that's the reason why I don't have a Gulfmaster. No turning back after they got color stained. I just didn't wear bright color gshock with dark shirts/jeans. You can but just gotta be cautious. Hydrogen peroxide does help to clean them a little, but it is still a problem once you wear the watch again later.
Yeah you can't leave the watch in the sun direct and alone, I follow a guy the fix g-shocks and he said you have to charge on the wrist or it will burn components
I let my wife wears any G-Shocks I bought. I know for a fact she would only wear the basic ones. So I can go crazy with my purchase knowing most of it won't be touched 😅
How do you store all your gshocks ? My f91w strap just started disintegrating when not worn for a couple of months. Maybe a video on that would be cool for us collectors and how to keep them precious pieces safe
No secrets here, I just leave them as is. Best practice is to rinse them before putting them aside. You can add try oxygen absorber packet in watch case. At the end of the day, the quality of the material itself would be factor of its longevity. Side note, temperature & humidity definitely affects this too. I can't control these factor from where I live, so there's nothing I could add.
