Can't help but ask you where water that rains in bow goes? Love y'all's channel! Lil G is so lucky to have y'all as parents. We can see how much you love him 🥰
Awesome sir! I have a 360 white light & a VHF/GPS radio installed on the kayak. Also have the navigation & deck lights mounted but they and the horn aren't wired yet. Haven't found the spotlight I want either. I'm a wuss, work has stopped until the wrens hatch, lol.
I feel you on the tools needed to get even the smallest of jobs done. Seems like a bucket of tools are needed just to drill one hole. Looking good. Guess when you are guys like us, we will make something work with very little to work with.
Some bubble foil insulation on the inside of the cabin would help with the heat in the summer and the cold in winter. Jim Desclos who has a utube channel and a fb page, thebossoftheswamp , has numerous videos about using the silver bubble foil for insulation in a variety of settings.
@@GJCAMPING The foam board is thicker than the bubble foil, but I don't think it weighs that much more. . Jim has properties in rural northern New York and a camp on several acres on a mountainside in rural New Hampshire by a lake he has a dock on. He uses bubble foil extensively because it gets really cold there. Jim has an old school planer that he got for free and he uses wood off his properties for various projects. You and dat louisiana life go fishing, hunting and camping in southern Louisiana in the bayous, swamps and lakes. My family had river clubhouses on the Mississippi river outside of Elsberry, MO., and Grafton, IL., that we leased the lots from the US Army corps of engineers and owned the clubhouses that were 6' off the ground on telephone poles. The Grafton clubhouses were on ploughman slough on a peninsula between the confluence of the Illinois and the Mississippi rivers and there was a slough that ran behind the Norton Woods at the Elsberry clubhouse and the levee. So the slough stuff and a slough that was on the 2,000 acre cattle ranch that an aunt and uncle owned in the MO Ozarks on the Big Nianugua river kind of remind me of where you guys are on the water.
@@GJCAMPING That’s for sure. Someplace at my dad’s place there is still a an old deer spot light made from an airplane landing light and an aluminum saucepan. A far cry from what you can buy today. Be safe. Have fun!
Thanks my friend I have a lot more to do to the boat. A little at a time I’ll get her where I want just not rushing and enjoying in between. Thanks for watching👍✌️🛥🎣
Coming along nice. Those lights will be a great addition for sure. Boat really looks great .You have a done a nice job with everything . Can't wait for the next adventure . 👍✌

You doin good cuz a couple more projects knocked out lil G gonna love that reelaxed fishin with them rod holders ya'll keep it up be safe out there cuz
I was thinking maybe a spotlight on the roof you could control from the inside. One of those could help you avoid the swimming tourists at night. 😋 👍✌☕
Lol that led light on the roof is very bright it lights up forwards and the sides I’ll video one night while we ridding the whole bayou and tress light up crazy from the old lights we used to run with just a straight beam 👍✌️🛥
Good deal showing everyone exactly how you did it. Keep the videos coming. Owning a camp / camping boat there’s always projects to do. Side note did you see the pictures of Barbara’s? So sad to see that happen. Hopefully they’ll rebuild so we have somewhere local to get vehicles & repairs.
At least U didn't didn't need wire soap and a pig N jig for your electrical lol! Enjoying tha build brotha! Keep this content coming! I know U gonna have a show place when ur done! Peace T
What local cities can you pick up for t.v. stations around Pierre Part? Baton Rouge, Lafayette, New Orleans? I have a booster on mine around 30 miles SouthWest of Alexandria and can get some from Alexandria of course, Lafayette, Lake Charles and sometimes Monroe. I picked up Tampa Florida and Little Rock once when I had a real nice tall big one but Rita ended that for us. The Saints usually are on Fox and it seems the hardest to get to tune in so thats a bummer. Glad to see you all support each other. Im not a creator in your sense but pull for all of my fellow Statesmen. Best wishes for more and continued success.
Found this maybe useful Warm-toned lights, such as yellow, orange, and red, are generally less attractive to insects than cooler, brighter lights: Yellow This color is similar to sunlight and less visible to insects I know Louisiana bugs are as bad as Texas
I forgot to mention I received my GJ Camping cap yesterday and I love it. It’s a really good quality ball cap! And fast shipping too. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks appreciate the feed back and happy to hear it went smoothly. Thanks for the support we appreciate it👍👍✌️⛴️🎣

Great idea, ive been researching lately on insulating my cabin. I bet the bubble foil would make a big difference in the boat.
I plan on going with foam board then cypress planks to give the interior a cabin feel 👍✌️🛥🎣
