Very helpful video thank you. I’m just starting out on Amazon. My products is from a popular niche but are unique and competitively priced. I can’t afford to invest in ppc ads at the moment, but how do brand new sellers start making sales or become visible on Amazon search pages? Social media hasn’t really worked for me in the past… just brought in traffic with no sales. Helpful advice would be truly appreciated 🙏

You've got fo find a way to drive clicks to your listing, because the Amazon search algorithms favor clicks and sales. I would start small with some automatic campaigns to at least get something going. I would also post 10-20 times a day on multiple social media platforms regarding the benefits of your product. Include Brand Referral Bonus tags/links in your social posts to drive those clicks to Amazon. Before long you'll get the traffic and sales to start selling more. Thanks for listening and good luck!
I have a more pressing issue. How do you deal with the Internal "mystery" team or the Seller Support team from India? Our packages are getting lost in FBA facilities and they are not considering our invoices or proof of delivery for reimbursement. I am receiving generic template replies all day every day.
