i've seen this one too!! Sunken ship, Harpy when i was leveling. Thought it was macro cos she didn't move, but this is a hard evidence that it's a bot! Sad :(
It is almost certainly an AHK macro. I think I just happened to res at the right time to catch them at the beginning of the loop. They walk to cancel teleport immunity, wait, use a skill 3 times, wing -> loop. Generally speaking, a macro that automates gameplay is a bot. But a macro to help you spam faster is OK.
It got rid of robust bots that use openkore. But it still allows programmable macros. So bots are a lot more basic now, unable to execute complex tasks.

I know that guy, he just loves to hit his enemies 3 times with MA and leave the crime scene right after that. Nothing unusual is going on.
