I don't know why the Ukrainian flag is there, but I like it! 💪💪🇺🇦 As for the Dutch flag, I copied this because it explains it better than I could 😂
"In July 1945, the Cod rescued the crew of the Dutch submarine O-19 after it was grounded on a coral reef. The Cod remained with the O-19 for three days, and the two captains decided that the O-19 could not be freed. The Cod destroyed the O-19 and delivered the rescued sailors to Subic Bay. The Dutch were so touched by the rescue that they adopted the Cod as an honorary Dutch submarine, and the Dutch flag still flies at the Cod Memorial site in Cleveland. "

@@Russojap2 I did see this. I made a YT short about this too. It was the only recorded sub to sub rescue. They loaded the sub up to double the capacity to get the other crew on board.
