This is likely within the rules of the Highway Code This is the only light he runs. Can you point out any times when you think he ran a red light?

I usually counter this problem by issuing instructions when she is doing the washing, cooking, doing the housework etc, oddly enough she doesn't take kindly to my helpful advice.

As he's passing vehicles so obviously won't stay at a speed limit to overtake vehicles who could be travelling at the speed limit but probably weren't due to them queuing slowly, either way hardly a big deal.

What is it with lane discipline at roundabout’s. It just takes basic observations by looking in your rear view and side mirrors, if you can see a car stay in lane, if not you can cut but also perform an over the shoulder check just in case. Also don’t cut if it’s going to confuse vehicles waiting to enter the roundabout.
Judge - If your brakes are that rubbish that you can’t stop properly in an emergency then you should get a better bike and give 1.5 metres when passing vulnerable road users ;)

@@paul8161 "shouldn't" is sometimes in the eye of the beholder. Found this with a search "The Road Vehicles (Construction & Use) Regulations 1986 state that so-called invalid carriages are not entitled to tow trailers of any type." So that's a "mustn't".
The merge in turn problem would be easily solved if when they close a lane they do it in the middle of the road first with cones on both sides then move the traffic over to whatever lane after. But people do understand if people did use merge in turn correctly no one gets anywhere any faster you just end up with 2 lanes going half the speed as one?
This idea has always made a lot of sense to me as it removes the concept of their lane is closing but mine is not. This leads to the therefore I have priority mindset.
