Dearest Eva, This … from a 76 year old, now fat, former ballet student who has ABSOLUTELY LOVED this and your other videos. I am brought to happy tears watching and recalling how very much i loved being a part of a recital each year when i was much younger. The ballet world has changed so much since my days in the studio and I am astonished with all you have done to visually save these moments of time. Thank you for all you have captured for us. Break a leg, first Mom. Mary
Beautiful words, well placed. I feel the exact same way, as my situation is very similar to yours. These films are invaluable for sure and they will know it way too soon in their lives, but it is thrilling to be able to watch them enjoying these days so well with good people around them while they work hard not just for themselves but those who are with them in the production work and those who will be watching the final performances too. Thank you for your past works and for your comment on these that they are doing today. Jennifer
As a 22 year old nobody I want to thank all of the mature women such as yourselves who share their wisdom and allow us youngins to truly savor and appreciate what we have while we still have it. I hope to age as beautifully in spirit as you ladies 🩷
Hello, sweet Mary!!! I am a 47 chunky lady who has never been in ballet but these videos have really opened my eyes to the talent, grace, strength and passion these dancers have. I'm in awe and really happy to watch these videos and hopefully some day.. see a performance in person! ❤❤❤
I am 53 and have various medical conditions and am disabled. Thanks to your videos I’ve just done my second adult ballet class! I had to join the seniors as it’s most gentle but I’m loving it all so much. Thank you for the amazing videos and sharing all these wonderful dancers with us. And for your stunning photos! Main mom will be the best one ever!
I was a soldier; an angel; and I was in toeshoe class which was the advanced class. But since I broke above my ankle in 2016; this 54 year old lives through these videos now. Very nostalgic.
@@elainecooper169 I’m so sorry you had to go through breaking your ankle which stopped you dancing. I bet you were amazing! I love that you can be nostalgic through these videos. I honestly think ballet could soothe so many woes and troubles whether we watch or dance or just do the bare basics like me! Have a wonderful day!
So much love and support for Slawomir on his birthday!❤ It really shows how much they appreciate him, and that he is a great dance teacher that makes them feel good about themselves, and gives them confidence instead of takes it❤
i find beauty in the way eva so effortlessly speaks to everybody, she really lights up the room and knows what to say and when to say it to make everybody comfortable with speaking to the camera with her 🥺💗 i admire that sm, it's what i aspire to be 😭
I'm 41 year old overweight female, who knows nothing about ballet. I don't know why I binge watched your videos, but they are so refreshing and positive. It really looks like a family by choice and I love how comfortable the boys and the girls are with each other. No matter what gender or age, they are all doing something they love and this gives me hope. I just can't explain this. Thank you ❤
Eva, This is a Suggestion for a Video you could do in the future: A long interview with Slawomir and the main people and how they got to this point and what they have liked the best from what they have been able to accomplish in their lives until today would be really thrilling to share. (maybe this could even include their ups and downs what they wonder about, other choices they could have made, and how they have been able to watch their families grow too)
Eva, your first dress rehearsal on stage will feel like you've never done the steps before! It will feel like a completely different dance when you are finally on the stage used for the performance. As different as it will initially feel, it won't take much for it all to feel right! Your advancements in feeling and moving your body is looking more and more natural every time I watch a video of you dancing! You have truly come leaps and bounds from where you started, not all that long ago!
How i miss the long rehearsal days and dress fittings and nights making faces at myself in the mirror so my director could never call me out again (spite was how I improved, for some reason) Something my director said to me once that stuck with me: "You look like you know you're on stage. Don't." Idk why but that got me to really relax on stage, to be more comfortable and not look/feel as tense. I also used to come up with little mini scripts/ inner dialogues for myself in-character during shows, to help myself stop thinking so hard about how im supposed to look. Legit like: "Oh no! My poor daughter is crying, whatever shall I do? There there darling, all will be well. But what's this?! Look, daughter, a gift! Look how joyful our daughter is, sweet husband! What a merry day" and so on. Kept myself entertained and in-character
Its so beautiful to see how many lives these teachers are giving a life long impact on! They are changes these students lives forever!!! Soo wonderful teachers giving their students a life long gift!
I love watching Sugar Plum, I'm just so in love with the music 😍 I'm so lucky my friends play in the pit orchestra for an LA production every year so I can often see invited dress rehearsals (hi Tiler Peck QUEEN). It's also just so heartwarming having watched these MBA dancers the past couple years move up to principal roles like sugar plum, dewdrop, snow queen, etc and dance so beautifully!
The director hugging his students is so sweet. Happy birthday, you wonderful man! Just so much going on, so many people to keep track of. This is amazing.
I'm thrilled watching this rehearsal. I'm 73, danced as a child and teenager (tried out as a soldier but...too tall for the part). I'm reliving my youth through your videos and photography! THANK YOU!
I was a soldier; an angel; and I was in toe shoe class which was the advanced class. But since I broke above my ankle in 2016; this 54 year old lives through these videos now. Very nostalgic.
Go Eva!!! I’m so inspired by you!! Enjoy every moment of this Nutcracker season! You’ve worked consistently, diligently, and hard and have come so far in your ballet journey! You are a beautiful dancer and a joy to watch! I know your followers are so happy and excited for your role!!! We support you and can’t wait to see performance clips!!! 🩰☺️✨💖Go Eva!! Go Masters!! Blessings 😌.
So fun to see how much Victoria and Carlos both have grown over the last year! Love it!❤ and I would also like to say Victoria’s Mom’s shoelace trick has saved me in my preschool class over the last year as well! Keep it up Eva!
I have no idea how you showed up in my feed, but seriously... Your channel has opened my eyes to how beautiful and amazing ballet is! Thank you for all your posts!!! ❤❤❤
Eva your are so funny !! I love your vlogs !!! And you are honestly a great main mom ❤ . I really like the two Clara this year , both very talented dancers and actors too !! Oh to have had an Eva and her cameras (and skill) back in the day at UNCSA. Kids today dont know how lucky they are to have all of this video of their rehearsals and performances etc. What I would give to be able to relive some of the many performances I’ve done.
I miss doing the Nutcracker during the holidays, in my professional ballet days. *squeaks in my rocking chair and swatting with my cane to Cranky Kong’s theme*
Everytime I watch your videos I literally cry I wish I could come to master academy it seems so fun and funny and kind all of my ballet classes have been very depressing I have quit but your videos are making me want to rejoin and pick and pointe unfortunately to do pointe in the UK you have to do ballet for 11 years I think 😭

Eva, you did an awesome job❤You will wonderful in the show and your photos are always amazing, so your shoots will be worth the hard work and make very special memories for the dancers❤
My name is Eva, too. Always nice to know that people pronounce it the same. I was a ballerina at age 2, and then my mom didn’t keep me in. She was afraid of all the “dance moms,” I would’ve loved to have kept going.
Snow was always my favorite to watch and be a part of (even though it was exhausting). There's something about that scene that is so elegant and beautiful. Going along with that, Snow Queen was my favorite role. 🥰
Me trying to explain how invested I am as a non ballet dancer completely across the US in the rehearsal for a group I have zero personal connection to... Ready for the livestream 😅

Eva: "Ladies, are we so excited for class this morning?" Two say "Yeesss!" and Megan goes "I'm gonna be honest..." camera cuts away 😂😂
I noticed that 😭
I just love Slawomir's tiny details in his physicality when he demonstrates.
