Yeah probably macro on emulator. Notice that there are small numbers in front of the skills, using emu you can set a button on your keyboard that if you click it the part of the screen where the corresponding button located also got clicked. My guess is that he clicked it rapidly while the mouse cursor is in front of Kazusa, so he could trigger Kazusa, Himari, Ako, and Akane skill in quick succession. I never use emu tho so sorry if I'm wrong. Edit: i just noticed that he clicked auto on that part lol my bad. That means all of the skill got triggered by auto not manually that's why it's fast af. You probably could do it by setting the skill order at the beginning. Also probably need good rng for the auto to use Himari and Ako buff on Kazusa lol

Does Himari UE40 actually matter? Iirc it adds like ~2 seconds of buff duration at max level, which feels... meh
