How are we even arguing over abortion? How can anyone even consider such complete evil. We are literally arguing over being allowed to murder children. This world is so evil.
Everything should go back to the States truly.. restore the Republic.. I no abortion is wrong, but everything should go back to the States. That's what our founding fathers wanted
Children? They are not children because children have souls. I have sacks of eggs in both ovaries, right now, writing this on my phone, they do not have assigned souls. They are living cells. When you have a developed fetus in your stomach, yes, abortion is wrong. Who is to say when a soul is delivered to life. I personally do not feel that a zygote has a "soul".
You don't get it, do you? This is not the kingdom of God we're talking about. We're fighting for the control of a post-christian, worldly, sinful government, to stop itfrom doing as much evil as we can. While fighting we have always compromised on all sorts of evils - we leave them aside to fight for them another day. If we ran on biblical values, none of us would ever see a public office, and anti-christians would've long overrun ever corner of the nation completely, banning christianity itself, altogether. Trump does what he has to do to win. We've seen him on pro-life rallies, we know he will not contribute to abortion getting any bigger than it is. Stop talking nonsense. THINK.
Truly, I say I will not endorse or vote for ANY PERSON who deliberately stands for the lawlessness of rhe so-called legal "right" of a parent to murder any child - including those children who are still in the womb!!! I have read the Bible and GOD (the author) has made HIS WORD crystal clear. I am a genuine CHRISTIAN and support what and whom GOD supports. I do not support murder. It is lawlessness.
I read an article on how they perform full term abortions. I wanted to throw up. I am convinced that anyone who would want to do such a thing to a small child who cannot defend himself or herself is possessed by a demon.
@HahnJames this simply does not happen. There is zero proof of it happening. It's quite sad that anyone would vote for a mad void of morals because of an article likely wrote by a man on Trump's team of liars.
As a Christian, I know what the other side's plans are: get rid of all beliefs in Christ and take others with us while they are at it, vote for Trump. It is all in God’s Jesus Christ’s hands. Trust in the Lord with all your might, and don't trust in your understanding and all your ways acknowledge Him.
We cannot allow them to define abortion as a woman's reproductive right. A woman has the right to choose when, where or how she delivers her baby. She can choose how long she will breast feed. I support those decisions. Abortion forces her will on another, innocent person to that person's ultimate demise. That is not a right. It's a crime. Abortion is NOT a reproductive right. We must not equate the two.
Allow? God is in control of who is in charge not us as people. Read the Bible and see how many times the isrealites were held captive by unrighteous leaders by Gods soveriegn design.
I'm praying to God that Trump stops with this nonsense about IVF and messing around with allowing abortion. And while we cannot control everyone's decision to abort Trump CAN make it more difficult and save the baby.
The problem is Christians, last year when there were several people running eagerly and overwhelmingly supported Trump. Now they are telling me and other Christians, "Well, you don't have any choice. He's better than Harris." We had a choice. And, it is like we said, "Hey God, we're supporting Trump. It's your job to approve our choice and make sure he wins."
This. Christians have bowed at the altar of Donald Trump and now it's becoming clear how much discernment they've lacked, while those of us who have not supported him have been ostracized.
I agree, we had better options during the nomination process. I would have loved to see DeSantis running instead of Trump. But die hard Trump fans weren't going to let that happen.
@@coolerthanu6315who said that was the solution? We as christians are to be seperate from the world. Are you so obsessed with politics you cant see its ungodly? The divisiveness hatred and self centered nature?
Not voting is voting for Harris. We have seen what Trump does- the only president to go to the life rally. That by itself, plus the judges he appointed, told me what I need to know. Roe is gone because he stood by what he promised.
I've read the Bible cover to cover a number of times. At no time have I ever read a single word about God asking for any help in determining who the leader of any nation will be. The people of Israel wanted to have a human king, because apparently God wasn't good enough for them. God warned them about the consequences of their rejection of Him, but they didn't care, so He gave them what they wanted. When choosing the king of Israel, at no time did God ask for Samuel's help, or the help of the people of Israel in making that choice. He was quite capable of choosing who the leader of Israel would be, as He has been quite capable of choosing the leader of every nation in history, including every president of the US. He hasn't asked for the help of any Christian, not one, in choosing who the president of the US will be. Do you know what He has told Christians to do? Go and make disciples. Let God choose who will be your president, and obey God's command to go and make disciples. You have only three responsibilities towards your government, no matter who they are, Democrat or Republican: 1) Submit to their authority (Romans 13), 2) Pay your taxes (Luke 20, Romans 13 and 1 Peter 2), and 3) pray for their salvation (1 Timothy 2). Your political involvement is not required by God, it's not requested by God, and will only ever result in your being unequally yoked. The purposes and plans of God are found nowhere in the Republican Party platform. They have zero interest in advancing the Kingdom of God even one inch, yet that is the only command we have from God. So how can you become involved in politics, without then being unequally yoked with a group of sinners, that have zero desire to advance the Kingdom of God? You will either have to preach the Gospel to them, thus destroying your alliance, or you will have to ditch the Gospel, thus being disobedient to God. Finally, as I compare today's Democrat and Republican parties to the the various groups Jesus was dealing with 2000 years ago, what do I see? The Republicans are the party of the Pharisees and Sadducees. They are the good and upright people that don't do the awful things God hates, like homosexuality, and transgenderism and abortion, and pedophilia. That's easy to hate. The Republicans, like the Pharisees aren't all that opposed to adultery, fornication, divorce, gambling, and excessive drinking. Those are all fine, because they participate in those sins, and God doesn't really hate them, like He hates those other awful sins. The Democrats are the party of the tax collectors, and prostitutes and other reprobates. Who did Jesus have the most success evangelising? Was it the morally upright Pharisees and Sadducees, you know the people that conspired to nail Him to the cross? Or was it the prostitutes, drunkards and tax collectors? Who did Jesus save His most scathing invectives for, the Pharisees and Sadducees, or the reprobates? By your unequally yoking yourself with the Republicans, are you reaching out to the Democrats with the Gospel, or are you making enemies out of the mission field? Finally, you aren't going to change America in any way by your vote. America is under God's judgement, and it's apparent by the fact that the 2 candidates for president in this election, are the equally morally evil Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. You can only change Americans by preaching the Gospel, which is the power of salvation, and has the power to transform wretched sinners into God loving saints. Charles Spurgeon once said "Of two evils, choose neither". Trust God for your provision, trust God that He's working all things out for good, let Him decide who the president will be, and you go make disciples. Believe me, you will be a whole lot happier if you do.
Yes, every Christian and every single American citizen should vote for Donald Trump and JD Vance. What is the alternative? The Democrat Kamala Harris and Tim Walz who aggressively promote abortion through birth?
Exactly…. It’s going to be on the table either way; the question is-to what extent: and also, there’s a LOT of other stuff on the line as well. We only have two options this November, and this isn’t the only issue.
These people say what they want and still get our vote? When will the message be sent. I say let them lose and let it be because of the pro life vote. @@JeepnJesusFreak Your right. Not the only issue. Todd should have also mentioned, all the different sexual perversions. That's two majority issues , that should concern Christians.
The way i see it is that Trump doesn't want the federal government to decide if the whole country will be pro life or not. When Trump was president, he simply gave states the right to make their own decisions to be either pro or not. I completely agree with that. Trust me, the less involved big brother gets in people's life matters, the better.
Back in the 19th Century, people were arguing that individual states should decide whether Africans could be slaves or not. We fought an entire war to reach the conclusion that no, slavery was not a state’s right issue. We decided as a nation that civil rights were not to be decided by individual states, and today, the civil rights of unborn children should not be decided by individual states. Each child-including those who are not yet born-have the same Constitutional rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness that adults do. So, no, abortion should not be made a state’s right issue. We need a national ban on abortion to protect the civil rights of all Americans.
@@derekatkins4800I agree with you... BUT... do you believe: 1) We as a country believe that? 2) That not voting for the other candidate who believes in POST BIRTH abortions is the right way to go? 3) That a vote for Kamala, not voting, or voting for some other candidate who doesn't stand a chance of winning will in ANY way FURTHER the cause of banning abortions? 4) Even Roe is pro-life and that has changed no-one's mind on that side, do you really believe that number 3 will change their minds? 5) Do you believe voting for the other party or another party, OR not voting at ALL will let is keep ANY of our Christian rights or; even human right.vb8
Everyone needs to take a math lesson. Each of us(citizens), gets 1 vote. If I don’t vote for Trump or Harris, the score is 0-0. My vote isn’t for abortionists, red or blue.

I have heard the comments, and in the past have used the comments myself on why we should elect one candidate over another..."lesser of two evils"... "we're not electing a pastor, we're electing a president" etc.... I now see them as excuses... God sees our hearts. If we as Christians, use these excuses to vote for someone who still has no moral commitment to the sanctity of life of the pre-born just because his stance is less evil than the other...how is that in line with Scripture....Most voting for Trump agree we're not voting for a pastor but for a president...But are we more concerned for our comfort then we are for the unborn...Are we also guilty of looking at the future of our country through what WE can do to change it instead of trusting GOD to walk us through the future of our nation...I don't want to stand before Christ and say "Well, Trump's policies for killing babies aren't as bad as Harris' policies for killing babies and I trust Trump to make our country better and protect my rights and our borders...And with Trump in office I won't be persecuted for being a Christian...so I'll vote for Trump (who doesn't have the moral desire to take a stand for all unborn babies across the nation because it would be political suicide for him) and swap the lives of the unborn for those benefits of having Trump in office"...... We haven't even touched on the fact that JD Vance, (his running mate, that if elected would be the next one in line for the presidency), is a Catholic whose wife is Hindu! Which means the whole Trump ticket doesn't accept Yahweh as the ONE true god either... and before anyone argues with me, Vance can't be a Scripture believing Christian if he's married to a Hindu! All this being said, I am not telling anyone who to vote for just giving food for thought...but if prior to the election, former President Trump continues to promote the fact that if elected he will veto a bill that bans abortions on a federal level, then I will abstain from voting for any candidate. AND before somebody hits me "with men and women have died in many wars to protect my right to vote", as a US Navy veteran I understand that...I also understand they died for my right NOT to vote if I felt non of the candidates stood for Biblical values that I thought were necessary... because it was actually GOD who gave us the right to vote and God sees our hearts and our reasons for voting the way we do... I don't do very well at honoring God in my life, I slip and fall every day...but this is something I can do that I believe honors God...also Harris is not going to win the election because those who stand for the unborn chose not to vote...No matter who wins our election, they win because God ordained for HIS purpose...whether for the good or the downfall of our nation is for HIM to decide for HIS purpose and HIS glory! - Brenda, Sister in Christ, US Navy Veteran
Thank you for your post. I think many may have a short view of the future. If Trump lost this election, it is four years, not forever, but if he wins, it shows those standing for life are easily bent. I think I would rather send the message to republicans that if they don't stand for life, I won't vote for them. Perhaps this is how we bring greater moral options in the future, by showing them our votes are not automatic, we have conditions. This is the one category that decides my vote every election. I have stood my ground on this since I was 18. Many years later, my stance is as solid as it's ever been. I am not ashamed to state my convictions before God.
The ability to say, without qualm or worry, that murdering children is always and everywhere wrong is the baseline of moral competence. I will not offer my seal of approval to any candidate who cannot meet that standard. At that point, it's less "Choose ye this day whom ye shall serve" and more "Choose the form of the destructor", because your civilization is doomed. This cursed generation may have whichever champion it pleases, I wash my hands of the whole thing and trust that Yahweh Almighty is yet in control.
And suddenly Christian nationalists realize they've been used.. Please tell me again how great a christian Trump is. I really need to hear it again. Were just sojourners here. Ths world is gonna world.
Then you are not participating in the election because there are only 2 real options. We all have disagreements but I will vote for the candidate that is closest to my values and faith.

The GOP is not the “Christian Party” … but out of the two parties they are the closest to Christian values. They are marginally better on abortion. Not the greatest, but at least it’s something. However, there are other issues & other policies at play.
They are just as far from the Christian values as the democrats. Jesus commanded that we help the poor, the widow, etc and the GOP goes completely against the least of us and therefore are against Jesus. Because If you don't help those in need you are against Jesus
They are more than marginally better on abortion. They are light-years better. Republicans want to ban abortion at the state level. Banning abortion at the federal level is not an achievable goal over the next 4 years. There is nothing wrong with avoiding a fight you can't win right now, especially after you have just made gains on the subject matter.

I hate that saying. It's a cop out. Do better. Expect better. Vote better (next time). Unfortunately this time we don't have much of an alternative. But he should never have been championed by Christians in the first place.
Yeah and look what happened every time Israel backed a wicked king with no rightful condemnation of the king's shortcomings. The leader of your nation is just as important a position to be discerning on as your local spiritual leader. Are our options limited? Yes, but should we not be at least slightly reluctant when the best option is still falling short?
This is very disappointing! No, I don't think I can make a choice between the two. As a child of God, I too love children very much and I am fully against the murder of innocent children. There's no such thing as deciding on the lesser evil because evil is evil. God would never judge a little lie to be lesser than compulsive lying. By His Holiness both are judged equally. This is why it is written " Do not put your trust in man, but in Jesus" The government is corrupt...period. Flesh is flesh, man is man, but God is above all and He does not lie, betray, or disappoint. It's official. None can be trusted.
Its my understanding there are currently 10 states that have amendments on their ballot that if approved would make abortion across the board legal and Trump is doing nothing to oppose them because he thinks it should be just a state issue. He has called heartbeat bills terrible. He has turned his back on truly protecting the unborn child and the efforts of pro-life conservatuves.

G. W. Bush was a Christian supposedly and a neocon. You can thank him for continuing forever wars and giving us Obama. We have an enormous task in front of us, even with a Trump victory..
Trump spoke that abortions would be held to the state, not a federal decision for the country entirely. I ask all my brothers and sisters to recognize of the time we live in. May the Lord Jesus Christ bless you.
How could you expect trump to sign a national abortion ban when he worked so hard to overturn Roe V Wade and send abortion back to the states???? He fought against nationalized abortion rights . It would make no sense to then turn around and make it a national issue again. JD Vance took the right stance and Todd you need to think this through. I am a strict no abortion advocate but in the realm of national policy Trump can not make again national policy that he fought so hard to make not national policy. This is not hard thinking.
I do not think Trump is a bad choice. I think Kamala is a bad choice. I think Trump was tired of Abortion issues tearing the country up and did the constitutional thing by letting each state vote on it. Personally I am not for abortion I believe life begins at conception, however do I want Kamala Harris in office and her communist baby killing policies? NO
I’ll choose to abstain from voting because of many reasons, I don’t think either choice is optimal. This is not the only issue I find questionable. I’ll write in a symbolic vote for Christ because I’ve made politics my god before

Donald Trump would take an active position to not enforce the Comstock Act of 1873 which prohibits abortion medication to be shipped by mail. So basically he would not respect federal law. Imagine if a democrat president would say that, how pissed would pro life conservatives be. Look up the video of him saying it so you can see for yourself.
JD can commit to it because the Dobbs decision forbids the president to do that in the first place. Get smart you guys, come on. This doesn’t put a dent in the pro-life movement at all. Ugh.
@belvagullett745 Birth controli in many instances is also murder. Do you know how birth control works? I am just addressing your statement on birth control and murder.
@wetlandweasel that sex should only be intended as the sole purpose as to have procreate. Trying to be responsible and utilize a means, so as not to fertilize one's eggs, and have a pleasurable relationship is a bad thing? So then children born to unstable homes, no food, little healthy options, financial distress, depression, anxiety, mental/physical abuse, homelessness, is still "life", a chance? We are not all born in perfect situations. Sure wish I knew what that was like. Insanity
I will still vote for Trump, 100%. We need to stop dividing each other, and support a candidate who, yes far from perfect, but is far better than the current Democrat party and their picked candidate.
(1) Trump is no better than the Dems. (2) It is better to be divided by the truth than unite in spite of the truth. I have standards, and i make no apologies for it. Even IF the Bible tells ppl that it is their responsibility to vote, and it doesn't, i'm under no obligation to leave God's laws out of the equation and vote for Trump just because his policies are superficially more attractive. NONE of them are addressing the spiritual plague that is killing this country.
Thanks for the question. Unfortunately, I am not an American citizen. But I am a Christian who loves the American people. And I know what happens when Christians, believers in Christ pray for a change. My country just had its election. Prior to the elections, the churches came together and fasted for 7 days… The Lord heard and answered. We now have a new president.

Todd, At 4:14 you say: “setting the LIFE ISSUE aside”… do you HEAR that? What are you saying man? The Bible says “abstain from every form of evil”… and “What fellowship has light with darkness?”…
One other thing… Trump claims to be a nondenominational Christian… maybe he is a baby Christian… but if so, he needs severe reproofing and rebuking… and needs to display significant repentance for past sins… or else he should be treated in accordance with 1 Cor 5:11… if he doesn’t embody greed, then who does? He may be the best option for president… but none of us should be so blind as to think he’s a strong Christian or someone to put our faith in…
I am against abortion 100%, but the Supreme Court has already ruled that it is up to each state whether to legalize it or not. What a presidential candidate thinks is neither here nor there.
Agreed. I don’t think this is the issue we should use to elect someone to run our country and keep us safe. I’m done with Trump. I’m done with Harris. They are all wicked. Enemies by day. Bed fellows by night. None of them are for the average person. I’m going to live out the rest of my life without worrying about politics. I’m done.
The Supreme Court did not explicitly rule that it is a states right issue. SCOTUS simply said the RvW was a form of legislation by the courts, which is unconstitutional, and if abortion were to be abolished or protected on ANY level (state or federal), it must be done through the legislative branch whether that Congress or state legislatures. Congress could very well draft a federal abortion ban and send it to the president to sign and it would be 100% constitutional and align with the SCOTUS decision.
Only the Lord can bring His Kingdom, at best politicians can only get out of the way with policies that don't promote sin. Even if the Republican & Democrat parties agree with abortion, there are other policies that affect the Church's role. As Evangelicals, we should vote for whomever's policies least obstructs the Lord's Kingdom from coming with sin.
Trump bragged about being _the most pro-LGBT president in U.S. history_ . Contrary to what his religious supporters believe, Trump is no more anti-LGBT than Obama. During his first term, he even put more effort into trying to de-criminalize it throughout the world than he did ending abortion in the U.S.. And yet, his religious supporters foolishly claim that voting for him is the better choice. Is he really? Not according to God's law, he's not.

No one seems all that troubled by this abortion issue concerning the new Republicans platform direction. Sad to say if it’s about guns no one will be voting for them.
Most of us don't just vote based on one issue. I am not looking for a messiah, I already have One, I am looking for someone who is going to best create an atmosphere where I can safely live my life as I see fit and then leave me alone. Right now, that is the republicans.
THINK.
Now? It always has been.

We cannot allow them to define abortion as a woman's reproductive right. A woman has the right to choose when, where or how she delivers her baby. She can choose how long she will breast feed. We’ve lost both parties. It’s official.

There's no such thing as deciding on the lesser evil because evil is evil. God would never judge a little lie to be lesser than compulsive lying. By His Holiness both are judged equally.
