Sixties Garage Punk from 1964-67 is what I personally listen to 98% of the time! I’m a 65 year old Teenage Punk!
Some great tripped out garage / punk/ psych . The best kind is the early punk / psych genre b4 the latter 60s early 70s psych .
JUst love the 60's garage stuff! Such a shame, so many wonderful songs were overlooked to become hits. To be fair, lots of great competition, which did not help their cause. Thanks for this classic arrangement!
Thanks buddy! 🖤💀
The Emperors sound a lot like The 13th Floor Elevators ....diiiiiig !!!! ❤❤❤
Theres a pint and a half of pure groove in each track
Glad ya like!
This is great, i wish all of this was on spotify
Thank buddy, me too!
😅😊🎉
For sure one of your best compilations ! Thx
Thanks buddy!
Great
The Pastels sound like a cross between The Keggs and Bloodrock.
#1 "I have no Crayola's in my heart"?
Why do some of these front cover of these garage / punk albums portray ghoulish figures . It seems like some is portrayed as having a bad LSD trip to this garage psych.
It’s an old spooky tradition.
Part of it comes from the Cramps camp late night b-horror movie image.
The biggest influence came from record label The Crypts absolute classic garage compilation series Back From The Grave.
The idea is that old cool rock’n’rollers rise from the grave to take on the lame music of today
@@sixtiesgaragepunk3549 Lame music today ??!!!??!? You got that absolutely correct , and the young ones are envious of this .
I believe by looking at the cover that Tim Warren of Crypt Records put this compilation out! It’s his style! I could be wrong but I think it may be a Crypt Records production! It’s an excellent LP!
