Praise be to Allah.
Tahiyyat al-masjid (“greeting the mosque”) is Sunnah according to most of the scholars; some of the scholars stated that there was consensus on this point.
Abu Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him) said:
“The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “When one of you enters the mosque, let him not sit down until he has prayed two rak‘ahs.” (Narrated by al-Bukhari, 1167; Muslim, 714)
An-Nawawi (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
“The scholars are unanimously agreed that it is mustahabb to greet the mosque, and it is makruh to sit down without greeting it with no excuse, because of the hadith of Abu Qatadah which clearly states that that is not allowed.” (Al-Majmu‘, 3/544)
Al-Hafiz ibn Hajar (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
“The scholars unanimously agreed that the command in this case is a recommendation (as opposed to an obligation). Ibn Battal narrated from the literalists that it is obligatory, but Ibn Hazm stated that it is not obligatory.” (Fath al-Bari, 1/538, 539. See also al-Muhalla, 2/7)
It says in Fatawa al-Lajnah ad-Daimah (7/137):
“The Sunnah for the one who enters the mosque at any time is to pray tahiyyat al-masjid , because of the general meaning of the words of the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him): “When one of you enters the mosque, let him not sit down until he has prayed two ra ‘ahs.” Sahih - agreed upon.”
Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymin (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
The view that tahiyyat al-masjid is obligatory is a strong view, but the more likely to be correct is the view that it is a confirmed Sunnah (Sunnah muakkadah). And Allah knows best.” (Majmu‘ al-Fatawa, 14/354)

I know this is sunnah, but if you enter the masjid once and prayered your 2 rakah, and then later you leave and come back do you have to prayer 2 rakah again ?

If you go out for a short period of time, you don't need to pray for it again. But if the time is prolonged, you have to pray it again.
In short, you cant sit in Mosque after entering in mosque until offer minimum 2 rakah salah..

ভারত জাস্ট টেকনিকালি হিন্দি ইম্পৌজ করে নাই। কিন্তু বাস্তবে কিছু বাকিও রাখে নাই।
নেশন বিল্ডিংয়ের জন্য এর কোন বিকল্প নাই। একটা ভাষা ডমিন্যান্ট হবে।
রাশিয়ায় শতশত ভাষা আছে, কিন্তু দিনশেষে রুশ ভাষাতেই পুতিনের রাশিয়া চলে।
গোটা ১৯ শতকে উর্দু শুধু পাকিস্তানের ভাষা ছিল না, এটা গোটা হিন্দুস্তানের মুসলমানদের একরকম লিঙ্গুয়া ফ্রাঙ্কা ছিল। মুসলমানদের সব প্রভাবশালী কবি, সাহিত্যিক, চিন্তক ও আলেম উর্দুতেই জন্ম নিয়েছে। ধর্মীয় শিক্ষার ভাষা ছিল উর্দু, উর্দু ছাড়া ভিন্ন কোন ভাষায় কোন টেক্সটবুকই ছিল না।
ঠিক ওরকম একটা কনটেক্সটে যে রাষ্ট্রের জন্মই হয়েছে ইসলামি জাতীয়তাবাদের উপর সে রাষ্ট্র তার জাতীয়তাবাদ সংহত করার জন্য উর্দুকে রাষ্ট্রভাষা ঘোষণা মোটেই অযৌক্তিক ছিল না। স্পেশালি ভাষা নিয়ে বাংলায় যে হিন্দুত্ববাদী প্রভাব ও আধিপত্য ছিল, যারা সে সময়ের 'পলিটিক্স অব ল্যাঙ্গুয়েজ' সম্পর্কে ভাল করে জানেন, তারা ভাল করেই বুঝবেন জিন্নাহর উর্দুকে প্রাধান্য দেয়ার কনসার্ন কি ছিল।
কিন্তু একই সাথে বাংলা ভাষাতেও মুসলমানদের দখল নেবার সংগ্রাম চলছিল এবং মুসলমানরা তাতে পাল্টা সাহিত্য সৃজন করেছিল সে বাস্তবতা পাকিস্তানিদের হয়তো চোখে পড়েনি।
ভারতের মত পাকিস্তানেরও উচিৎ ছিল শুরু থেকেই বাংলাকে রাষ্ট্রীয় ভাষা বলে স্বীকৃতি দেয়া এবং এই বিবাদের সুরাহা করা। ভারত এই ইস্যুকে যেভাবে ডিল করেছে পাকিস্তান সেটাকে ডিল করতে সম্পূর্ণ ব্যর্থ হয়।
কিন্তু এই না করার পেছনে দায়ী হিসেবে পাকিস্তানীদের এলিটিপনাকে হাজির করা খুবই সরলীকৃত বয়ান। আবার হাজী শরিয়তুল্লাহ বা তিতুমীরের বাংলা ভাষায় ইসলাম প্রচারের উদাহরণ টানাও হাস্যকর। আঞ্চলিক দাওয়াত ও সংগ্রাম এবং নেশন বিল্ডিং দুটো সম্পূর্ণ ভিন্ন কন্টেক্স।
