Hi! I'm a 15-year-old girl who started liking volleyball after my family, and I moved to another country. I am now in the USA, and I only started liking volleyball a month ago. I do not have all the knowledge about volleyball since I'm new to the sport. I am 5’8 and I am overweight, but I am in the process of losing weight. I want to become a professional volleyball player one day, but where should I start? I do not have any friends, I am new here and everything. I am going to be a new student in a new school. Can I ask what the process of becoming a professional volleyball player is? Do I need to join clubs? Clubs inside of school or clubs outside the school? And do I need to go to college to become a pro? And how do I balance academics and sports?
