Hi guys. In this video I will show you how we fixed my Can Am Renegade xxc 1000 after my engine almost exploded (haha I'm kidding, but it still sounded pretty loud). I hope you will like it, I would say we did a good job of fixing and improving the situation! I had an 800 Renegade with Loony Tunes exhaust, power programmer, fuel management, injectors ,a race clutch, and a wild cam and suspension work fox shocks, dino tuned to 115 hp, it was a wild beast, loved that quad, it almost killed me in a wreck where I clipped a tree sliding out a corner on a dirt road and it threw me and the quad off a cliff, the quad was stuck 35' up in the trees and I fell from there to the ground and was life flighted out and spent 2 months in the hospital and had to learn how to walk again due to a shattered neck vertibre, the quad survived better than me and I sold it to the first responder who rescued me, I miss that thing, can-ams are bad ass macines
There’s no way you dynod 115hp. A 1166 kit on nitrous only made 120hp. And the 1133 kit on nitrous made 116
I'd take it to a different shop next time, I had a little work done internally but not much, and yes it dynoed at 114.6 horsepower with extensive tuning, big bore doesn't always mean more horsepower, big torque yes, I have the Dyno paperwork btw

Hey man, I hope this engine will never disappoint you, by the way is there any difference between maverick engine and renegade/outlander, like the power and dimensions?
I hope I won't have a problems with this engine! There are some different things like for example: crankshaft, drive shaft! If you're watching the video on the variator because of the crankshaft, I had to use another screw.

Hello! So you didn't have to flash or replace ECM/Computer in that machine?did you have to modify the transmission it was just a plug-in play. What year renegade? I have a 2020 Can-Am Renegade xmr 1000r with a bad engine. Do you think it would work in mine?any thoughts would be helpful, thanks, and love the videos. Keep them coming. Hi, we just slightly modified the axle from the variator and we changed the driveshaft, the difference between the axles can be seen in the video! My atv is 2014 and the engine was 2016 i think! In rest we didn't make any changes, we just moved the old parts on the new engine!

@@benkuebler4131 You won't be able to see the difference in the video because the engine was already ready to be mounted and the driveshaft was changed before and was not filmed!

so, the question I'd like to ask is, is your purpose in putting the Maverick model's engine in is too much power and torque, or do you have different reasons? The Maverick model's engine is better, I'm watching you from Turkey

How much more power does the maveric engine make than the renegade? Excellent swap for more hp and torque?
I never tested the power but you can feel the difference especially since the engine is new!
Shouldnt be more power than from 1000r. Its another inletmanifold on maverick. Thats whats give it the extra HP to 105 i Think. Then the headers are little better

Asa trebuia sa fac si eu. Luam motor nou si scapam si fara bataie de cap. Adus piese din America, luate de pe ebay mai plateste si vama si transport... mda. Sper sa numai trec prin asa ceva, ca asa ce.ti fute capu
