Connections is an engaging word game from the New York Times. Presented with 16 words, you are challenged to find "connections" among four groups of four words each.
If you've read this far, perhaps I can press my luck and let you know about some of the other places you can find me!

A dove is a pigeon with a good agent.
I thought there was a category like "things that come in bars" with soap and chocolate. But soap, chocolate, and peace clicked with me for blue and I got it, though I called it "symbolized by a dove" or something.
Blue was not a traditional _______ Dove, but rather Peace Dove, Pigeon Dove, Dove Soap & Dove Chocolate. Hence the use of "associated " with Dove. They did this a couple of weeks ago with a purple Bell category where one was Tinkerbell and another Liberty Bell.
💛💙💚💜
I could realize that dove is also a brand name for both chocolate and soap. I only heard Mother goose in the purple group. Grey Goose is a brand name for Vodka; golden goose is a financial advantage; and it's offensive to call someone a silly goose.
I got 3 with lot of mistakes. Didn’t get dove. Saw other categories. Colors of labs. Phrase with OUT at the end. Lucky to get a 3 today!
I solved green, yellow and purple quickly. No description for blue. 3 points. Edit: Doug's reaction was quite similar to mine. No whining in Connections, but yes, I wanted to.
it was relatively easy today. Got all 4 with no problems.
I couldn't get green or blue. I was floored that Doug got immediately what I couldn't see with green. I think once I saw that EVEN and ODD were there but nothing else that characterized numbers, that this had to be a red herring and there was no way those two would be in the same category. Same for RED and BLACK, once I saw that GOLDEN and GREY were already taken by something else. So I was convinced RED and BLACK had to be in different categories.
I got all 4. I look at the rating difficulty in the new hints page.
Got all 4 with no mistakes, and yes I thought of the blue category. That one I had to think about for a bit.
Excellent!!!
Yup, I got the dove
I did not, even though I did say to myself that a pigeon is a dove. I also used to buy Dove Chocolate, so I guess i should have gotten that.
Got all 4 with no mistakes, loved the blue category! Looks like a cut in the video at 2:16 I guess you had a long think at this point 😆
The blue category was not a phrase….. you don’t say “peace dove” …. You just think of peace when you see a dove…. That sort of thing
Booo to the NYT for the “associated’ with doves!
Well done, Doug!

This one took me a LONG time. (Among other issues, I was really hung up on dogs!) 🙂
