hey, your story is very motivational. thanks for sharing!! :)
Thank you Simran! Running is fun 😄
❤ proud of u
Ååå tusen takk for denne videon, og gratulerer! Jeg skal være med i Oslo Marathon i år (første marathon i mitt liv) og din video har vært til stor hjelp.
Tusen takk! Ønsker deg masse lykke, heia, heia!
Thanks bro. Was helpful. Peace ✌️
Don't worry bro, you did fantastic. I'm about to have a 12km run on a mountain track in 3 weeks and I have been smoking for the last year and a half and I am so out of shape. I am sure that I can do it. I smoke my last cigarette today and I am starting on my preparation tomorrow. Wish me luck!
Tell us how it goes! I'm also planning on doing another marathon this summer
Du har gjort store fremskritt i en måned, et veldig godt forsøk!!!Bra jobba!! Håper kan sees deg på 2022maraton!! 😆☺️
Tusen takk! 😁 I too hope that I will be able to complete it next year! 🙌
Wow great video
nice video. Really well presented
Thank you, glad you liked it!:)
That checks out. Exercise now pays off in fitness about 2 months later (plus or minus a lot)
I watched your video last year 3 weeks before i decided to participate in a half marathon, your experience helped
Now I'm participating in a full marathon, and again, i have only one month to prepare 😂😂
I have no idea if i can do it, longest run was 27km for me, no pain no nothing, i just stopped because i was bored. So hopefully i can do it this year.
Good luck! Tell us how it goes
How did it go?
I reached your video thinking that I was insane joining a marathon for the first time with a month's preparation. But darn your pace was high considering you only have a month of preparation. I hope I will be able to mirror what you did with a few vacant times to prep.
Thank you for the kind comment! I'll be joining this summers marathon too with a couple more months of preparation:)
I just signed up for a 47,7km run in the mountains. It is on 8.02.2023 and altough Im in a good shape I never consistently ran. I consider this run a rite of passage of mine since Im 18 yo and I will really do my best to finish it.
That sounds like a fun challenge! Wish you good luck! You can do it:)
@@koalanof thanks! I will update how it went
@@karolkonieczny9130did you make it?
@@8phineas i did! It took me like 7,5 hours but I completed the whole thing. This made me so happy that I signed up for another race, thats actually in 2 days (saturday) and its 42km and 140 obstacles OCR run.
@@karolkonieczny9130 congrats! And thanks for sharing, I’m on the same situation so this type of comments really inspire me to train for my marathon, good luck on your next marathon!
Legend
Thank you!
It's incredible that you managed to reach around 30 km with only one month of training (and with that pace!). Try one more month of training and you'll be able to reach 60 km 😂 Jokes asides, congratulations for your big achievement, not everyone can say to be able to run more than half marathon. And please take care of yourself 🙏🏻
A little tip that maybe you already know and that helped me a lot to run longer distances without pain is to breath only with your nose and to use your mouth only for important moments like the lasts sprints. Using only your nose, you'll probably be slower, but you'll also be able to run longer distances and without or only little pain 😊
I forgot "30K" 😜
Wooo you're the best! Thank you for watching until the end! 😄🙌 And I'll try out your breathing advice, I think I've heard about it before. Didn't know you were a runner as well;)

This is definitely very motivating for me. I am in the same boat that you said, I have about a month to train until the marathon and I am recovering from a dislocated knee about a month ago. I am committed and ready for the challenge.
Good luck and thank you for watching! Please share your results on how it goes after:)
Interesting challenge :) What is 39,78km if you ran 30km?..pace is incorrect because of distance as well. Marathon distance is almoust 42,2km. Keep training and to run a marathon for you is not very difficult, at least seeing your output parameters!
Thank you very much for watching Maris! 😄 I tried to explain in the video that the app counted distance wrong. But I know based on the amount of laps I run is that I run 30km. I thought the pace might be right, but if it is calculated like you say then I might be wrong 😋 I'll be ready for the next year marathon, it's a lot of fun!
Im preparing for the marathon in Honolulu, I got one month to prepare. What happened was my brother persuaded me to join a marathon with him. Wish he told me sooner because not only 1 month is too short, I train as a bodybuilder/powerlifter LMAO
