Dude this is awesome, great job! When I first started playing I DID notice they used the original music from X8 instead of 16 bit remixes, which I was a bit disappointed with at first.
But honestly, hearing it now I think I actually prefer the OG tracks, even if this one would be better fitting. I guess I'm just that fond of the original. ^_^ It'd be cool if the dev added a "16 bit music" toggle though, I'd definitely give playing that way a shot! :D
