이 가게는 조리 비법이 다른 일본 음식점하고 뮌가 다른 느낌?특히 일본 우동집들 보면 거의다 똑같음. 돼지 육수에 돼지 수육 몇점 올리 주면 끝, 시마이? 느끼 하지 않냐? 하기야 일본 사람들 매운 음식은 못 먹으니 맨날 조리법이 발전이 안되지.ㅋㅋ
