I've had mine in my 3.2L for close to 2 years now. No issues what so ever and the guy who does it all is super nice. I think the only issue will be waiting times for some people. Looking forward to seeing some super compact powerful builds from you in the furture.
I love the idea of how compact this is. I wish these were mass produced and you could solder your own wires as needed. I also wish those bricks looked better, I hope those are just prototypes lol. I'd definitely be down to order a power supply from him once the units were a little more refined.
@@Tekeverything I'll agree that the brick and it's connecter are ugly but the internal bits look awesome to me. But then I got the white PCB version and also like the look of Ag plated conductor with clear insulator. Fwiw I paired with a meanwell acdc so no ugly brick with my rig.
Awesome video. I love all of guryhwa's power solutions. You should review his new slim internal power supply. He can uses it to make a case smaller than the s4 mini that's brickless and can have a 1080ti mini and 8700k.
Could we get a video comparing the performance and consistency of each of those USFF PSUs? Before I buy I want to be sure I get something that will not only be reliable, but also that I can be sure performs just as well as the rest. Don't want random power dips, etc...

I’m here for the same reason actually... I doubt it would be an issue but that would be something you actually contact the manufacturer about. For what the guy said since they are custom made it depends on if they can deal with different voltages, like if my batteries are completely charged to the top I’ll even see 14v at times. Since they’re custom made I would assume you might even be able to talk with whoever about getting a custom connection cable to use for the 12v but probably your going to have to find the specific connection or canabalize the brick you get sent and wire it to your 12v system yourself... How are you getting Wifi? It’s something that I’ve been struggling with lately on how to actually have internet to use my computer...
@@SylkieDev i was thinking to use dc regulators to individually voltage the atx mobo connectors. Of that works using a battery for 12v and a buck converter for the 5v should do the trick, no brick, no pico psu, maybe a burning pc. we`ll see.

@@SylkieDev will do,incase i will do it ;) I would advise you to just use an dc-ac inverter, and plug your regular ac psu in the inverter. For now its the most realistic reliable and easy solution. PicoPSU 160XT can only handle 96W of constant load and 160W or a bit more for 1 minute. I learned the hard way when I was going to build my system. 96W of constant load requires at least some airflow.
Any planned SFX PSU reviews? I feel like there might be a sweet spot between small and easy to bolt in power that exceeds the external brick capability.

@@Tekeverything I just ordered the SF600, but there's not a whole ton of affordable options with less cluttering modular wiring, though it is a bit better than flex PSUs and certainly quieter. Looking forward to more videos anyway.
