    Ingredients (3 - 4 servings🍝):
    My cup volume = 200 ml
    300 g (10.5 oz) tagliatelle (durum wheat)
    Cook al dente
    olive oil
    1 onion, finely chopped
    3 cloves of garlic, minced
    1 carrot, sliced
    1 pepper, sliced
    100 g (3.5 oz) asparagus
    1 zuchini, diced
    100 g (3.5 oz) tomatoes, halved
    1 small head of broccoli, diced
    300 g (1 1/2 cup / 10.5 fl oz) vegetable broth
    300 g (1 1/2 cup / 10.5 fl oz) fat cream (30%)
    salt and pepper
    Pasta water
    70 g (2 oz) grated Parmigiano Reggiano
    ✅ Pasta water for a smoother sauce
    ✅ Add the sauce to the pan and mix everything well
    ✅ Serve as soon as you mix the sauce with pasta!
    ✅ Before serving, grated Parmigiano Reggiano or aromatic goat cheese to taste.
